CANCELLATION POLICY
There are no refunds unless the range of dates specified in the contract and the total amount is recovered through another rental contract. If the property is able to be rented for the same time period at the same rate, Five Star Tamarindo will refund all payments minus a 20% administrative fee. If Five Star Tamarindo cannot re-rent the property outside of 30 days, the company keeps the full booking deposit. If the cancellation comes inside the 30 days prior to the reservation and Five Star Tamarindo cannot re-rent, the company will reserve the right to keep the full payment.

Beautiful home! Spacious! Pool was amazing. Our house mom was so wonderful and so enjoyed our breakfast outside each morning with the gorgeous views and weather.
Only complaint was the bugs, one night 1000’s of ants were coming into a bedroom. Used up all the bug spray they had. "

"This home is a true haven!
This is the most fantastic vacation home! It's so incredibly beautiful and comfortable. The views of Tamarindo Bay and the jungle are absolutely out of this world! Such an incredible place to watch the sunsets and listen to the monkeys.
The home itself is absolutely gorgeous and the pool/deck/outdoor kitchen areas are to die for. There is plenty of space to gather together, and also spots to spend some downtime alone or as a couple.
The proximity to Tamarindo is great, to enjoy all that the town has to offer and then be back at Villa Haven in a few minutes to catch the sunset. "
