This condo is perfect for a family looking for a beach getaway! See and hear the ocean waves while sipping your morning coffee on the panoramic second story balcony. The full-sized washer and dryer and fully stocked kitchen make vacations of any length a breeze. Unwind from a fun day at the beach in on the brand new living room couches with recliners and enjoy a movie on the units brand new Smart TV. The king-sized bed in the primary bedroom and attached ensuite bathroom give you that sometimes much needed privacy. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed and the one twin bunk bed and an additional twin bed in the third bedroom, also known as the “’Crow’s Nest” makes this a great condo for families of all sizes! The Crow's Nest has been renovated to have 3 beds. New Photos coming soon.
All of the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center.
The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the towns many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley’s to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!
In the months of June and July we offer a variety of daily on-site food trucks by the pool and weekly movie nights on the lawn!

"Great Value w Great Location
We stayed there for four days and had a great time. The unit is a little dated on a couple of things but the beds were comfortable and the location was perfect for what we wanted. It was a five minute walk to the beach and a two minute walk to the pool.
The amenities were pretty decent as well. Played racquetball basketball, and my family used the gym.
The only drawback was the leaking of water into the shower from above, which wasn’t anyone’s fault, per se. The response from the help was awesome. The only detractors I would say is the kitchen could be better stocked zero condiments like salt and pepper, no dish soap."

"Not helpful lost and found
We were there for the Labor Day weekend. I had my Apple AirPods Pro but never took them out of the room. When we arrived I couldn’t find them so I used find my device to locate them, it was located at 40 Russell Dr., Palm Coast FL 32164. I called the front desk of my findings but I was told that if an employee had found the AirPods they would have turn them over at the front desk or risk being fired. She said no employee lives in Palm Coast. So somehow someone got in the room and stole them, I wonder what key they used. Anyways I already reported them lost/stolen so Apple will disable them."

"Bathrooms ruined our stay
The Club as a whole was great. I enjoyed the amenities, and the walking distance to the beach. Even the office staff was very accommodating.
Unfortunately, our unit had unsatisfactory bathrooms. Mold covered the grout, faucets, air vents, etc. I was fine that the unit was not updated, but the bathrooms really need some work. Master bedroom carpet needs to be replaced. "

"delightful
Perfect spot for a large gathering of "folks"..facilities over all were nice and well kept..great space for kids to gather and play, especially in the evenings.Units are very small so entertaining is limited within. My unit could have been cleaner; had a funny smell: icemaker did not work;slider did not lock;limited kitchen supplies;no hair dryer;beds were very uncomfortable; the view from 2nd floor much better than the first; but with first floor much nicer for kids to run out and play;"

"Private, beautiful beach and pool, grounds are very well kept.
The complex was very nice. We were disappointed in the condition of the condo. It is ran down and needs to be updated. We were told it was older with furniture etc and that’s fine especially for the discounted price we paid but the condo itself had issues. It needs repairs. That being said it was a very nice complex and staff was friendly. Parking needs to be monitored as people who weren’t even displaying passes were parked in zones that were marked for blue tags. They did have security and maintenance around mostly all the time but nothing was being done about the parking. Pool and beach are beautiful and private. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again. Probably not this particular unit. "

"Love colony reef
I love colony reef and have been coming here since the 1980s. I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the furniture and carpeting and the hall in the ceiling of the second bathroom with wallboard dropping on the floor. This is the only unit that I have been disappointed in and all those years. The furniture was so old that I saw the imprint of peoples dirt on the chair. I was embarrassed as my friends came all the way from New York and Arizona to enjoy this week with me."

"Florida family getaway
Our overall stay in this unit was very pleasant. The unit was overall clean and well equipped. Let’s start with the pros of the unit. Check in was very easy. The Master bedroom was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was direct access from this room to the balcony (more on this in a minute). The master bathroom was also spacious and had a large jetted tub. The kitchen had lots of lots and pans as well as a blender and various other useful items. There was a washer and dryer which is very nice to have. The dining and living room area had a good amount of seating and there was a pull out bed in the one couch. The second bedroom had plenty of room and dressers for storage. The balcony was huge with plenty of room for hanging out and there was extra seating stacked up in the corner if needed. The view from the balcony was great. There is a direct view of the pool and you can see the ocean as well. Now for the cons. These are very minimal but I feel they should be noted and could help someone in the future. Parking is kind of rough. Even with having the blue pass for close parking it is still hard to find a space at times. The walk to the beach from this unit is a bit lengthy especially when carrying lots of things for the beach ( there is beach access nearby to drive on the beach). There is only one elevator. The bunk bedroom in the unit is much smaller than it appears. Or perhaps just smaller than I imagined. It’s more like a closet with 4 bunk beds and 2 drawers underneath. It is definitely functional but not what I expected. The tv in the living room wasn’t working when we arrived. It was fixed for us on Monday. The patio door in the master bedroom would not open. No one ever came to fix it during the stay. Overall the stay was nice everyone enjoyed the pools and the beach even if the seashells in this area are very limited. "

"Hot tub way to Hot everyone complaining but nothing done.
Hi, we have stayed at Colony Reef for over 10 years. The room was nice!!! I wish the pool was heated. Nobody, could get in the Hot tub and that was a huge disappointment. I mean nobody legs at best . It was beyond a let down not being able to get in the water. Other than that great room great location. "

"Family Getaway
Our unit was well supplied,clean, and overlooking the pool with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Natalie and her crew made us feel right at home and their hospitality exceeded our expectations. Convenient to shopping ,but just far enough away from the bustling crowd to enjoy plenty of room on the beach via the private boardwalk. Highly recommend for families.We'll be back next year if we decide on Butler Beach for our next vacation! "

"Wonderful Family Christmas
We loved spending Christmas at Colony Reef with our two grown children and their families. We rented 2 condos down the hall from each other. It was perfect. Enough space for everyone. The 5 grandchildren loved the heated pool and took a quick dip in the outdoor one."

We had the best time. Our condo was ready earlier than anticipated so we didnt have to wait around with 4 kids!!! The condo had everything we needed so there wasn't much we had to purchase besides food. Our week was wonderful and would recommend this rental to others. We will be back!!!"
