"Crescent Royale Unit #4A 5/06 thru 5/14 2025
The Unit was in Very Good condition, was clean and well stocked. The Master shower Looked Good but allowed to much overspray to the tile floor which made it VERY slippery, could use a shower rug. Front room furniture was a little uncomfortable."

"Beach getaway
Perfect location right across the street from a beautiful beach, play ground, and pool only a few steps away! Only negative is loud traffic noise at night on weekends coming from the public beach parking lot. I plan to return again! "

Property is located perfectly. The kitchen is well appointed though we enjoyed to local restaurants. It is clean. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are updated and lovely. Brand new bedspreads and towels were appreciated. Nice, new beach chairs also. Lanai is great spot to relax. Liked the assigned parking also. Can’t find anything to complain about. "

Booking direct on their website was easy and when I called to see if we could add extra days, Jill was very accommodating. The condo was in a great location- across the street from the beach and walking distance to the village. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset! The kitchen was well equipped too! "

"Crescent Royale and 4A
We love this area for our family vacation because it offers something for everyone. The rooms are clean and offer an amazing view. We enjoyed a 3 week stay in this spacious room that offers amazing sunsets and views of the ocean. The experience in watching dolphins and manatees, and the other ocean inhabitants has been amazing. The property management is responsive and helpful to assist with any need we had during our stay. Even on the weekend Christine was so helpful with our group! We have been coming for more than 10 years to this area and have recommended this location to our friends and family. Everyone that has visited this location has returned with amazing stories. "

"What a View! What a View!
We recently spent 3 weeks in this unit on Siesta Key beach. Upon arrival, we found the property to be very clean, with comfortable furniture and beds and a welcome note from the owner. Any questions that we had, were answered promptly by the owner or the very friendly people in the main office. We found the whole property to be very well managed - so much so that we already booked our stay for next year. The property is a short walk to the village and a two-mile walk or drive to the town center. The pool was awesome and always heated and clean. And what an incredible view of the ocean from the lanai. I would recommend this property all day long! Nice job to all at Crescent Royale."
