Visitor Reviews (21) Write a Review! "Very nice condo! The condo was very nice. However, the check-in process was not up to par. I had been told I would be sent the gate code and the room code the morning of check-in. When we arrived that afternoon, I still have not received a gate code, so I contacted the number on the paperwork. The agent apologized, then looked up my reservation, and said we weren’t supposed to check in that day. Finally, she found the reservation and told me the condo have been cleaned the day before so we could have checked in a little bit earlier. So she gave us the gate code And the gate code wouldn’t work. Another resident came and tried it. There were two gates, and the one next to us worked fine. So the agent whom I was still on the line with said the codes may have been changed because it was the first of the month. It turns out she had given us the correct code for the gate the first time, but she neglected to tell us to press the pound sign. Once we got that straight, she was able to find the code to the condo, and we checked in. The condo itself was fine, it was huge, the balcony was great. The only problem I had was that one of the runs on one of the stools at the bar came out, and also the lighting situation was a little strange in that sometimes the lights in the kitchen came on, and sometimes they didn’t, and I wish directions had been written down for that. But everything else was great and we really enjoyed ourselves and I would rent the condo again. thank you very much."
