Visitor Reviews (9) Write a Review! "Not the best condo Let me start off by saying we stay here at crescent Royale every year.. this year was not so great. We stayed in 307 this year. First no hot water in the main bathroom at no point during the entire stay. Second limited kitchen items. Dirty dishes in the cabinet, the elevator was down one day so taking the stairs was our only option with a beach wagon and everything we need for the beach. The picture online was misleading as it shows a table and chairs on the lanai and no table was there. Doors to the lanai from the bedrooms was not able to be used. The light under the microwave did not work. Our bathroom toilet had issues. There was a lightbulb flickering... typically we have zero issues but this was not that this year. Will we return? This condo was not as clean as our prior visits.. the full size bed felt as if there was sand in the bed! It was very gritty.. we did ask for clean sheets and was given these very promptly. We found a dirty spoon by the sofa and a dead cockroach by the sofa.. on our 3rd day there, a live cockroach fell onto the table !!! We went to the store and bought spray as this was Sunday — we sprayed the entire condo and left for the day.. sprayed again that evening and found 2 more dead ones Monday morning.. I did notify the office Monday morning.. they offered to have their exterminator come up and spray the unit . Since we had sprayed 2x already I chose to not have them come in with commercial spray while we were staying there! We left Wednesday morning. I know cockroaches are around there. I’ve never had one in our condo before so this was upsetting! This was just unfortunate. Some of the family members were quite upset!!
