"Beach week
I rented two condos for our family beach week. Happy with both. My only question is why duct tape on the condo screen door ... crescent royale can do better than that !! "

"May Vacation
Once again, a great experience at Crescent Royale. The condo is beautiful, clean and well kept. One suggestion... we had a broken water heater that we were unaware of. A maintenance person pounded on the door at 8:15 am and wanted entrance to the condo. I did not let him in as I was alone at the time as my husband was taking a walk. I called the after-hours number to confirm it was legit. The water heater was leaking to the floors below. If maintenance needs entrance, I suggest a call from the office as a warning that someone will need access prior to someone just pounding on the door. Once we let maintenance in to access the situation, the repair folks were prompt & courteous, and it was repaired very quickly. Besides that, our stay was fabulous. We will be back next year. "
