Location is xlnt! Right at the best beach in the USA. Free parking. Condo was furnished well, but quite dated. Minor problems like lack of light bulbs in lamps, older TV’s (not 4K), lack of decent cutlery in kitchen, old coffee pot (Kmart quality), etc. (Unit 302 is a better choice). "

We loved the amenities and location of the Crescent Royale property. Our unit #315 was a very nice unit! We wished our unit would’ve had a smart television and the king bed mattress was extremely (uncomfortably) firm. Besides those couple things we loved everything about our 2 weeks at Crescent Royale! "Best Complex in Siesta Key
We've stayed on CR during February for several years now. The complex is always immaculate, the pool is fantastic, great grills. And the management of the complex and rentals is the best ever, very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. And the beach is across the street and it's a short walk into town. We're already working on our stay for next year!"
