No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check in.
The 100% cancellation loss can be avoided if: (1) Red Sky rental vacation insurance was purchased and the reason for cancellation is a reason covered under the travel insurance; or (2) Brooks and Shorey Resorts can re-rent the unit for the full term of the original rental period, in which case the guest will be charged 10% of the total paid as rebooking fee. Prior to arrival, if a guest has to shorten their stay or change their unit, normal cancellation penalties may apply, whether they are insured or not. Refunds issued by Brooks and Shorey Resorts will be issued no more than 30 days after departure date of original stay. Refunds are payable to the guest within 30 days after the subsequent re-rent payment has cleared our account.

It is extremely well-stocked in the kitchen, one of the best units for this. The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of room for our group of 5 to spread out. The balcony furniture was very nice and relaxing. If we had to pick one negative, it would be that ceiling fans in the bedrooms are needed, or at least provide a portable box-type fan, as the rooms did get rather warm and sticky.
