It's a very short walk to the "A" walkover to be on the beach quickly. Renting beach chairs in advance is a nice service provided by Beach Service and this area of Rosemary is not as crowded as other walkovers. We highly recommend this property. Perfection! The house was clean with plenty of towels. Just bring your own beach towels. We did use the beach chair service which is expensive but worth it. All had a great time. We would definitely rent this house again. Also, the management was terrific to work with. We had some issues with the TV and they came right out." The small maintenance issues we did have (the battery went out on the front door lock), were fixed straight away. The beds were very comfortable, the A/C worked great, and best of all it was SO close to the beach and our favorite pool! It was very easy just to dart back to the house if you needed something. Less than a minute walk to walkover A. I let the kids walk over on their own several times. The pool was right across the way through a little path. Very convenient with kids. The house was just what we needed. All of our needs were met. The tiny issues were resolved immediately. We had some sand on the floors and they quickly came to clean it up. It took some getting used to 3 stories but the master on the third was magical. My own little tower. I watched the moon every night from my balcony up there. Had coffee overbooking the park while the kids played every morning. The house was roomy & could acomodate a couple more people if need be. We were 8. We used our car twice to go to publix. After that we rode our bicycles everywhere. I can’t say enough about this sweet little place. The beach chair rental service & bike rentals are a must. Thank you Rosemary beach & 30A luxury!
