" Nov 21, 2024 - Robert S., Sugar Land, TX "No Upon arrival the house was very nice with a great quiet neighborhood, when arriving I had to sweep the entire house because it had not been swept, besides that everything was good, the problem came when checking out, an hour after leaving i received and email from the owner where my family and I got accused of stealing the towels and our card would be charged, i replayed we had left them washing in the washer, she mentions there was no washer in this house, mind you on the details it does say this location has a washer and of course I did laundry those days we stayed here, they eventually found the towels apologizing saying her housekeeper hadn’t checked, they refunded the additional money that was charged on our card, for that reason I would not stay in this location again."
