Cancellation Policy: If your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your reservation date, all payments will be refunded less the cancellation fee of $100.00 and the insurance premiums (if purchased). Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fees (if purchased). If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

"another great stay
we had a great vacation at north Myrtle beach in this lovely 11th floor condo. we walked miles along the beautiful beach and enjoyed the excellent deck view of the ocean. we already booked for next year "

"The view of the beach from the condo balcony was all we needed!
We rented a condo in North Myrtle Beach. The building sat on the beach, the property description was accurate, property was clean and inviting. It was easy to make reservations over the internet with Home to Go. We arrived at 5 PM, to late to sign in with North Beach Reality, however they had a system set up so that we could get the keys head to the condo. The next day we returned to the realtor to sign in. Everyone at North Beach could not have been nicer. Easy to work with, addressed any and all questions and concerns. We enjoyed the view and balcony in the mornings, drinking our coffee, the beach or pool in the afternoon, we did lots of "tourist things" in the evenings. Eat at some small local restaurants as well as some well know spots (Paula Deen's Kitchen, House of Blues, etc.). It was a wonderful vacation, I would return tomorrow if it was possible."

"Beautiful location
Location, pool, grounds were beautiful. Balcony was spacious and view was amazing. Kitchen was brand new and well equipped. When we tired of balcony, leather lounge chairs were super comfortable!
However, there was a strong, musty odor that after 7 days, never dissipated. Bathrooms, woodwork were very dirty. Condo needs a deep clean.
The Wi-Fi did not work for 6 of the 7 days, nor did phone data.
Although there were aspects we were unhappy with,we enjoyed our stay.
