EXTERIOR FEATURES -Private deck with table, chairs and a camera that is actively monitored -Private plunge pool off the deck (Scheduled to be cleaned every Thursday by Vendor, entering through side gate) -Reserved parking for two vehicles in driveway -Reserved boat dock -No garage access
CLEANING -CLEAN BED PROMISE: (Property Management) launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME! -After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations. -Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom. -These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge. -We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION -A two-night minimum stay is required. -A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of (Property Management) must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation. -PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS. -$100 per pet fee (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days). -$50 pet cleaning fee (7 days or less), $75 (8-29 days), $100 (30+ days).

Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Spacious with great layout
The townhouse has a lot of space. There were 10 of us and we were never cramped! The driveway says 2 vehicles. Let’s be honest it’s a one vehicle spot, we had a full size car and were able to squeeze a Polaris ranger in on the side barely. But we found parking across the street. Little doc was great, and the pool was perfect for the littles. Had problems with the hot water and you may want to bring extra towels and laundry detergent, and dishwashing detergent, and paper towels. Maybe it was just us but for the amount of people you can put in there it just wasn’t enough. Best thing for us is we had a place on the deck to wash off the sand from the beach! Great time and very clean!! "

"Good overall but driveway was too small
Good overall but driveway was too smalll for more than one vehicle and on a steep incline with a big drop off on one side. The plants between the driveways were too large and impractical. They made the driveways more cramped and difficult to open and close car doors."

Minor issues no towels in ground floor RR; Toilet seat in master bedroom is loose; Sofa ground floor; foot of sofa is loose; maybe missing a screw. "Excellent Stay
We had a wonderful time staying at the Tidal Treasure. The townhouse is big and beautiful and fully stocked. We really enjoyed sitting on the back deck and the plunge pool. It is in a convenient location to the beach and nearby restaurants. It is a 5-star location and is pet friendly, which we really appreciate. We always appreciate the help that Padre Escapes gives us when we visit this area."

"Retreat
We stayed for 4 days, Tuesday through Friday, and checked out at 10:53 a.m. (This felt really early considering the size of the house and the cost. A suggestion might be to extend check-out time to noon. Rallying that many people so early on vacation is not ideal.)
During this time, we found the house to be comfortable and quiet, with beautiful sunsets to enjoy from the balcony.
Apart from a neighbor complaining to us about our light, finding serving bowls broken, a knife placed in the butcher block with a sticky brown substance on it, and not having enough pods for the daily dishwasher cycle, our stay was generally unhindered, and we had everything we needed for our purposes in the house.
We recommend bringing extra towels, soaps, and laundry detergent. Additionally, if you rent on a Thursday, be prepared for the pool cleaner to come by. We were told he takes about an hour, but we never saw him. We were away from the house in the afternoon and may have missed his visit.
Everyone in our party enjoyed their stay and felt comfortable in the house. The seating arrangements were good, and no one had complaints about sleeping. One of the things we liked was the large table, where we enjoyed group breakfasts, lunches, and dinners together.
Overall, we were comfortable with our stay. I liked that we were able to split the cost of the stay, and the limited contact we had with the management company was pleasant. We spent about $375 per day for the house, including pet fees, service fees, etc. "

We had a large family of 12 go down and stayed the house was amazing with plenty of room for all of us. Plenty of boat ramps close by for loading and unloading your boat. The host did an amazing job answering any questions we had. This will be the house we stay at everytime we go down there."
