The 100% cancellation loss can be avoided if: (1) Red Sky rental vacation insurance was purchased and the reason for cancellation is a reason covered under the travel insurance; or (2) Brooks and Shorey Resorts can re-rent the unit for the full term of the original rental period, in which case the guest will be charged 10% of the total paid as rebooking fee. Prior to arrival, if a guest has to shorten their stay or change their unit, normal cancellation penalties may apply, whether they are insured or not. Refunds issued by Brooks and Shorey Resorts will be issued no more than 30 days after departure date of original stay. Refunds are payable to the guest within 30 days after the subsequent re-rent payment has cleared our account.

Very clean unit and the kitchen had EVERYTHING and every appliance (even an air fryer) you needed! Extremely comfortable furniture. They had two couches that both reclined, with electric controls. Most condos have stiff, uncomfortable furniture, but this was perfect for our family to be able to relax in the evening and watch a movie together. Absolutely amazing place. The condo, the beach, the beach attendant guys, the pool, and the surrounding community. We had a large group of family and friends staying in 3 different condos at Surf Dweller. We all loved how the building was so close and accessible to the beach, unlike the buildings in Orange Beach. My specific room (202) was incredibly beautiful! The beds, furniture, appliances, and bathrooms were very nice. We didn’t watch much TV, but our beloved LSU Tigers were playing in the baseball College World Series while we were and we got to watch them win a national championship on an awesome large screen television! We will be back and I will be booking 202! The only downside to our trip was the amount of traffic from Mobile to Fort Walton on our way to our stay and that our room wasn’t ready until almost 6 pm on the day of arrival. Nothing can be done about the traffic, but if rooms could be ready sooner, we could leave earlier and possibly avoid peak times of traffic.
