THE SPACE
The main living areas are warm and inviting, with vaulted wood-beam ceilings, knotty pine details, lake views, and multiple gas fireplaces throughout the home. The open layout gives families and groups plenty of space to gather while still offering separate areas to relax.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a custom wood-top island with seating, gas range, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, Crock-Pot, blender, and a drip coffee maker with pod capabilities.

The living room offers a gas fireplace, dining area, 55-inch Smart TV, and French doors leading toward the backyard patio. Large windows bring in lake and mountain views, while the open-concept design keeps the kitchen, dining, and living spaces connected.

The game room sits behind glass French doors and features a bumper pool/card table, 65-inch Smart TV, gas fireplace, antler-style chandelier, and plenty of seating. Sliding glass doors open directly to the patio and frame beautiful lake and mountain views.

Outside, a gated backyard leads toward the lake and private dock. The patio features a large dining table, lounge chairs, loveseat, outdoor lighting, and seasonal sun shade. A gas fire pit with seating provides a comfortable place to gather in the evenings, while the fenced dog run gives guests traveling with dogs additional outdoor space.

GOOD TO KNOW

Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome for $35 per dog, per night, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, and bring a pet bed for their comfort. No cats, please.

Baby Equipment
A Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for a delivery and pickup fee. Please arrange in advance.

All homes come with cozy blankets, fresh towels & linens. Our dedicated cleaning crew has prepared this vacation home for your arrival & will clean upon your departure.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and a standard coffee maker making it enjoyable to prepare meals during your stay. Food and pantry staples are not supplied.

What we provide
Basic essentials for the kitchen, linens, towels, bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.

Lake Access
Guests may enjoy direct lake access and use of the private dock, subject to current lake conditions and seasonal water levels. The dock is not currently deep enough for reliable boating access. Water levels may affect dock use and maneuvering near the dock, and the dock may not accommodate all boats.


GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Guests must comply with Big Bear Lake's Good Neighbor Policy and applicable local vacation rental regulations.
