The complex has lovely coastal landscaping and a gorgeous saltwater pool. There is plenty of room for friends and family to gather - with three bedrooms plus an extra sleeping space and three and a half baths. This home has 2 water heaters, so there's always enough hot water! It is decorated to reflect the beauty and comfort of Port Aransas. There is also a new gas grill! There is parking for 3 standard size vehicles. Boats or trailers are not allowed. Street parking is not allowed. No pets allowed at this property.

"Great Family/Group Getaway
Nice roomy rental. Plenty of space for a family getaway, or group of friends. Centrally located close to all amenities, but secretly secluded and tucked away from major traffic paths and crowds. Nice community pool. All main living is upstairs, so not a good choice for people with mobility or joint problems. I would recommend this location to anyone and rent it again myself. We did have to contact management for assistance with a problem and they were very quick to respond, polite, professional and repaired the issue quickly. "

"Great family vacay house!!
The house was super clean and even still smelled “newly built” when we first walked in! The two levels of the house allowed for guests to have privacy and spread out. The house NEVER felt cramped with 10 people. The master bedroom/bathroom was super spacious and the 2nd bedroom upstairs was a very good size too! Loved the electric grill outside on the 2nd floor balcony and didn’t even have to use the bigger one on the deck in the backyard. Plenty of bathrooms space for all guests. The community pool was VERY nice too! No complaints at all with this rental. We will definitely be back. "

"Better than I expected!
Great house, incredibly clean. Nice location within walking distance to so much. We rented a golf cart but could have skipped it and walked. The only downside was the beds were a bit uncomfortable and the sheets were scratchy, but that's a minor inconvenience. Would definitely stay here again but might bring my own sheets :) "

"Nice but not for me
The property was nice enough. Suited my party of 7 adults and one child very well. Management was very nice. The toaster oven did not work, the grill was a bit dirty so we ckeaned it as not to be charged for this, and we had to basically do most of the clean up. I will probably rent 3 hotel rooms next time as it would have been more economical, better location, and less hassle. Just was not for me. Perhaps someone else might feel differently. "

"Excellent Stay at the Texas Teal House LP#
Wow. Just wow. The condo was CLEAN and looked/felt brand new. The beds were extremely comfortable. I loved sitting on the balcony and looking out over Old Town Port A. Yes, there is an RV park, but it was not as bad a view as reported. Lovely neighborhood - we took a couple of walks. Port A Escapes were so professional and courteous - and easy to get in touch with, not that I needed to! I highly recommend this spot. "

Had a great time in Port A. The Texas Teal House was very nice. It was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The property description was accurate. The check in check out procedure was very convenient. The view of the RV Park from the balcony was not the greatest but I spent most of my daylight hours at the beach."

"Summer Family Trip
The Condo was beautiful! Perfect size for our family of 5 plus grandpa! We were looking for a place with at least a bedroom downstairs for my dad, but since the kitchen and living spaces were upstairs, he managed to stay upstairs so it wasn't an issue. We had a little hiccup when we got to the condo when the key code didn't work, of course it was after hours but once we were able to get through to manager on call it was all straightened out and he even gave us his cell phone in case we needed anything and wouldn't need to go through the after hours service. The condo does back up to an RV park so not very pretty view, however the RV was very quiet and we were never outside anyways due to it being so hot and lots of mosquitos. It is close to everything. We rented a golf cart and got around everywhere without a problem. We can't wait to go back again very soon! "

We stayed at this condo for 3 nights and had a great time! the location was good. the condo was very nice. all the beds were very comfy...even the sleeper sofa! the only fault...the view out the back - right into a RV park. we will definitely return!!!!"

"Inside View Fabulous-Outside View NOT.
I normally deal with the direct owner of a property and this is the first time I have dealt with a management company. I am not impressed. From the beginning it was clear that this was a new listing and they did not have answers to my questions. In fact, sometimes when I called I was rudely told, "That is not our property", even when we could not gain access with the keyless entry. Luckily I got someone to listen to me and they did send maintenance, who was very quick. The location is great, in a nice quiet part of Old Port A, easy to get everywhere. The inside of unit is absolutely fabulous. The finishes are very, very nice, and it is super clean. The unit is well stocked with kitchen supplies, making it easy to prepare meals. The layout worked for us as we had 3 couples and the separation between the bedrooms is great. BUT, if you want to spend anytime outside on the decks, FORGET IT! The view is horrible. You get to watch the RV people doing their daily tasks. I knew there was a view of the RV park, but the pics I viewed on line did have some greenery blocking the ugly, but when we got there the greenery had been cut down. We did not spend any time outside in the back. There was also an issue with the pool over the weekend and it was closed, not good. Please note if you do go to the pool you need bug spray as the mosquitos are really bad. All in all, we did enjoy our stay and would stay again at a discounted rate, not worth what they are asking, just because of the raunchy view out back."

"Great place to stay
My family recently stayed at this rental and I can't say enough good things about the house. It was nicely furnished and decorated. There was plenty of space and every room except one bedroom had large tv's. The only downside is there was only enough no hot water and we had cold showers every day. Also, they did not have a grill at the house or anywhere on the property. Overall we were happy with this house and would book it again."
