CANCELLATION POLICY
There are no refunds unless the range of dates specified in the contract and the total amount is recovered through another rental contract. If the property is able to be rented for the same time period at the same rate, Five Star Tamarindo will refund all payments minus a 20% administrative fee. If Five Star Tamarindo cannot re-rent the property outside of 30 days, the company keeps the full booking deposit. If the cancellation comes inside the 30 days prior to the reservation and Five Star Tamarindo cannot re-rent, the company will reserve the right to keep the full payment.

"Exceptional property, perfect for family groups
We had a fantastic one week stay at Casa Temple in Tamarindo. The home was perfect for our family of 10 (grandparents, children & their partners, and 4 grandkids). The home is gorgeous and located in a very quiet and stunning gated community just a few minutes golf cart ride from Playa Tamarindo. The hillside home itself is stunning and the views were exceptional. The cousins had their own room with bunk beds and the adult couples each had their own rooms; all bedrooms had their own washrooms with an additional powder room on the upper level, next to the pool. The home was fully equipped with everything needed for enjoying meals there and the rental golf carts made it easy to scoot into town for the beach, shopping, or dinner (a really good grocery store is only a few minutes walk away as well). Romina (Romi) and her colleagues at Five Star Tamarindo were great to deal with. They were exceptionally responsive to every request and they were extremely helpful both with the booking process and helping set up a couple of tours for us at the very last minute during our weeks holiday. I can't say enough good things about the entire experience. Truly "five star"!"

"Wonderful Place to Stay! Casa Temple!
Casa Temple is in the perfect location just a few minutes from town by golf cart that was provided. The home was fabulous.... like staying in an architectural digest magazine model home! It was even more beautiful than the pictures on line! The staff was so helpful & courteous. The views were breathtaking from every room! I can’t wait to return and would only stay at Casa Temple. It was perfection! "
