The guest bathroom features a combination shower/tub. The guest bedroom features a workstation well-suited to accommodate work-from-home needs. The kitchen is equipped with all new (2024) appliances and loaded with amenities for those who choose to prepare meals during their stay. Grab a quick bite at the three Serena & Lily counter seats or the adjacent dining area table, which provides a lovely space to enjoy meals while taking in the views of the lagoon. Through the twin, large sliding glass doors, you experience a spacious 268-square-foot Trex deck where you can relax, dine alfresco, or simply soak in the beauty of Hilton Head Island's natural surroundings. A Weber propane grill is provided in case you are an outdoor cooking enthusiast. Be prepared to spot frequent visitors, including Great Blue Herons, egrets, turtles, and jumping fish from 1584 Lagoon! And if fishing is your sport, you can try your luck by casting into the lagoon just steps off our deck. The villa also has a new HVAC system and hot water heater (2025). Guests can enjoy access to the South Beach community pool by purchasing passes directly through the Access Granted system. The property is already registered, just visit and select “Vacation Renter/Visitor” to purchase your passes. Payment is made directly through their site. Key Features • Proximity to the beach: Short Walk to Beach. Beach access #9 and #11 are the closest to the Villa. • Pets are not allowed. • The South Beach pool is the community pool access for this property. Rent price includes: Rental Rate, Hospitality Program, Beach Gear Credit, Booking Processing Fees, and Departure Clean. Your Luxury Concierge is included with no additional cost. Please be advised that from early fall 2024 with an estimated completion time of spring 2025. Phase 5 of the Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project. Motorists should expect traffic delays, traffic detours, and be prepared to share the road with bike riders and pedestrians. Sidewalks and leisure trails in the project area will be closed as needed.

If Guest has purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement will be subject to the policy terms and conditions. The travel insurance agreement is between Guest and the Policy Provider. Island Time Hilton Head is not the policy provider, Red Sky Travel Insurance Services is the holder.

Before 45 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
Between 31 to 44 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment
Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
The reservation fee is nonrefundable.

• Homes
Before 60 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
Between 46 to 59 days prior to arrival we will refund 75% of initial payment
Between 31 to 45 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment
Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
The reservation fee is nonrefundable.

• Storms - There are no refunds in the event of a tropical storm, tropical depression, hurricane, or named storm, and all payments will be forfeited.
