CANCELLATION POLICY
There are no refunds unless the range of dates specified in the contract and the total amount is recovered through another rental contract. If the property is able to be rented for the same time period at the same rate, Five Star Tamarindo will refund all payments minus a 20% administrative fee. If Five Star Tamarindo cannot re-rent the property outside of 30 days, the company keeps the full booking deposit. If the cancellation comes inside the 30 days prior to the reservation and Five Star Tamarindo cannot re-rent, the company will reserve the right to keep the full payment.

"Amazing Family Vacation at Horizontes del Mar 301!
This condo is amazing and we had the best time visiting Tamarindo! The condo was perfect with a great master bedroom and bath with ocean and pool views plus two more bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom. It was perfect for us and our two college aged kids. The pool was perfect and the beach access was so easy. The location was great near Tamarindo but outside of the downtown activity. Both porches are fantastic but the rooftop porch is amazing with fantastic sunset views, two grills, a bar and plenty of comfy seating. And Fivestar was so great to work with. They helped us setup all of our activities and were quick to respond when we had questions. The onsite security was always ready to open the gate for us and the cleaning service half way through the week was terrific! We loved this condo, Fivestar and Tamarindo! WE would definitely recommend this to anyone!!"

"Wonderful property
My family of four loved staying here! The condo was clean, comfortable, spacious and conveniently located close to town. The views of the water and sunsets were spectacular. The condo is within walking distance of restaurants and shops, but we most frequently used our rented golf cart to get around. I don't think I can adequately express how helpful Romi (the concierge) was. She set up all of our activities as well as made dinner reservations. And she was incredibly patient as I kept making changes! The whole experience of booking and staying at the condo was relaxed and easy. I would definitely stay there again!

Our stay at Horizontes Del Mar 301 was Excellent !!!!! The photographs online are very accurate to the Condo. The Condo was very well appointed with accessories to make our stay more enjoyable. The staff was extremely accessible & accommodating. Pool was awesome and the walk to the beach was a breezy. Only issue was the construction noise from the adjacent property. "

My family loved this house. It’s a short drive from the center of town. Personnel manning the property were all very kind and helpful. Everything was very clean and in good condition. "I Was Hesitant to Book A VRBO in Costa Rica...
It would have been a giant mistake. The place was fantastic. The concierge Romina was very helpful and just a joy. In fact when we moved onto a hotel for the next part of our vacation,we still used her to book things. We were a family of five and there was plenty of room. You can eat in the second floor by the kitchen or on the second floor balcony or on the third floor balcony. The air conditioning is nice and cold. There is a small supermarket close by and restaurants in walking distance. That view is even better in person."

"Spacious Condo with Gorgeous views and spectacular sunsets
My husband and I and our three teen daughters had a wonderful week at Horizontes del Mar 301. The unit was stocked with everything you might need to make your stay comfortable, from beach towels, to beach chairs, to every pot, pan, and appliance you might possibly need. We loved grilling our food on the roof top deck and enjoying our meals from there. The beautiful ocean view from the master bedroom and the two patios cannot be beat. We loved hanging out, reading, enjoying our coffee, etc., from the rooftop deck as well as the covered patio on the main level. The beach was perfect for long walks and the pool perfect for cooling off. Five star was extremely responsive to all of our questions and very helpful. I highly recommend this unit. It was close enough to Tamarindo for a visit to the town yet far enough away to get away from the crowds. "

"Two Weeks In Paradise
Great location, right on beach, within walking distance to restaurants and short drive to grocery store. Loved the condo, the upper patio was perfect place to begin and end each day. Our group of five had amble room in this spacious, immaculate and tastefully furnished condo. The kitchen was well equipped with every utensil we needed to prepare our meals including grills on the upper patio. A huge thank you to the managers for making sure our stay was memorable. We would most certainly stay here again."

Three wonderful days for 4 Adults and 3 teens loving it here! Lots of space, amazing views - 2 private patios - tons of iguanas, crabs, howler monkeys and geckos all around. Walk out to the beach or the comfortable pool. We took a horse ride on around Conchal Beach, took fishing trip and brought fresh fish home for supper. Grilled a couple meals on provided grills. Walked downtown and to eat at "Fish and Cheeses." Attentive property managers. I'm sure you want to stay here!"

El condominio es un sueño, realmente increíble tener el mar tan cerquita, verlo y escucharlo desde la habitación es un placer, está perfectamente equipado, las camas son súper cómodas, perfectas para descansar, todo funcionó excelente y la limpieza es inmejorable.

"Fantatic Property
What a fantastic place! The condo has recently been upgraded and decorated. It is beautiful. The views from this condo just cannot be beat, the sunsets, the stars anytime of the day you have a wonderful view of the ocean. The property is in Langosta which is about a 10 minute walk into Tamarindo. Langosta has a small grocery store very close, and some restaurants nearby as well. The Surf Club has great food as does Fish and Cheeses. Mario and Natalia were very helpful in getting anything that we needed. I will be coming back for sure!"
