This private beach house was completely remodeled in early 2022!!! It has all new flooring, paint, furniture, décor, appliances and an updated kitchen and bathrooms. This private beach house has a private hot tub & game room and is in the quiet town of Atlantic Beach centered right in the middle of North Myrtle Beach. Exterior of property under video surveillance.
Enjoy all the comforts of home while at the beach. This private, 1 story, beach house has a private hot tub with spacious deck & propane grill, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, full size washer & dryer, cable TV in all bedrooms and the living room, free Netflix, free Wi-FI & free parking.
The master bedroom features 1 king and a private bathroom. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms each have 1 queen and there is a shared bathroom. Head across the screened in porch to the 4th bedroom which features 1 king and a sleeper sofa.
The garage, which is attached to the 4th bedroom & 3rd bathroom has been converted into a game room which has a pool table, electric dartboard, several arcade machines, cornhole game & fishing poles. House also comes with a cooler, beach chairs and a beach cart so taking everything back and forth is more convenient.

Cancellation Policy: If your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your reservation date, all payments will be refunded less the cancellation fee of $100.00 and the insurance premiums (if purchased). Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fees (if purchased). If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

This house needs serious cleaning!!!! If you don’t mind mold, snot on walls in bedrooms, sheets covered in hair and countertops not cleaned. Photos don’t show stickiness or smells! Back bedroom and garage game area has strong cat urine smell. The vents have so much dust annd dirt build up . Spend out first day just cleaning but yet charged a cleaning fee. Only nice thing is the distance to the beach. Casa asqueroso!!!!"

"Casa Geona Vacation
The Casa Geona overall is a great property. The property is in need of some minor repairs and upgrades, but all in all it is a comfortable and nicely decorated property. The location is quite appealing, and the oceanfront views are amazing. The property has plenty of space, and ample space for parking. We encountered some maintenance and repair issues during our stay, but those issues were promptly addressed by management. My family and I left Casa Geona with some great memories that we will always cherish. Thank you North Beach Reality."

"Casa Geona
The house is in a great location and walking distance to the beach. its also close to a lot of attractions in the area, Barefoot landing and the House of Blues. The place could use a good cleaning, not just a typical quickie for the next occupant. The kitchen needs a better set of pots and pans as we cooked breakfast and lunch daily. House also needs some maintenance, missing cabinet doors and other miscellaneous problems. We had a group of eight stay for 5 days and the house is big enough and in a great location. I would stay there again with a group if some things were taken care of."

"Amazing location
We really liked this location which has super convenient access to the beach, restaurants, and many indoor activities if you need to get out of the sun or it is raining. I loved that it was next to undeveloped lots and that lifeguards are on duty during the day. Check-in and check-out was super easy. The breezeway was another convenient feature of the house because we could park our beach and wet stuff there before Teri g the house. The house was clean, good AC, comfortable beds. We loved the garage arcade! This property needs hooks in the bathrooms for bath towels and it would be nice if there were hooks/laundry lines in the breezeway or covered porch for wet swimming suits. No toilet paper holders. "

"Friends vacation...
Great, there’s nothing perfect in this world, but no complaints... Thank you for allowing me to rent this place for the weekend.. I would recommend this home to anyone looking... so much peace and comfort. Nice and clean, 100% better than staying in a hotel!!!!! Will rent again..."

"Incredible views at a reasonable price
You can't tell from the pictures but the view from this house is amazing. The house was clean and management was responsive when we did reach out about some minor issues. Beautiful area and we had a great vacation."

"Great Stay at Casa Genoa
Was very pleased with our week stay at Casa Genoa in North Beach Sc. The couples with us loved the way the rooms were laid out, the beds vert comfortable, we had all we needed for our stay. With the ocean just a short walk, the pool table, and the hot tub we had a great time."

"Fantastic
This was a EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE I will give 5 star rating there was plenty of room and everything we needed in this home game room included. We didnt need to purchase anything but the food we cooked.If I have to leave any suggestions I would say the game room didn't get much attention from the cleaning crew and I stepped on a fishing hook. Thank the lord for shoes. The process was very easy with check in check out! This was home away from home and we will return and stay longer next time."

"Great location but not very clean
The house had a great location walking distance to the beach and close to a lot of ahops and restaurants. However, when entering the home it had a very bad smell like mold. The air filters haven't been changed, the sheets on the pull out couch were dirty and not changed or washed. In the pictures online the garage looks to be very nice and clean with a lot of space to utilize the games in there... not the case, it's so dirty I didn't even want my kids going in there. The air hockey table is so close to the pool table you can't even play. The pool table is falling apart and one of the pac man games doesn't even work. "

"Great place, Awesome location
It's hard to describe how incredible this place is. The establishment's location and its closeness to the beach were simply impeccable, especially for those who prioritize beach-side living. The distance was just right to allow for quick runs back to the house for refreshments or restrooms, without disrupting the immersion of beachside lounging. We found the neighborhood to be serene and secure, with the consistent presence of local law enforcement adding to our sense of safety, making our stay even more relaxed. When we weren't on the beach, we enjoyed the sounds of the waves from the porch - truly a calming experience. The house itself was adequately charming and catered well to our requirements. One minor area of improvement could be a touch of maintenance for the game/washroom, but given we spent a majority of our time outdoors, this was barely an issue. No shortage of food options in the area from fast food to fine dining the area has so much to offer. 100% will be back."

"A hidden gem
What a great place to stay. Myself and five friends stayed there for ten days and had an absolute blast. The house was well laid out with one porch facing the morning sun and a second porch facing the evening sun. The beach was literally feet from the house. The only complaint I heard was the mattresses in three of the four bedrooms were worn out and need to be replaced."

"A spacious and luxury decor
The house looks small outside, but lots of space inside, great location, close to a Main Street and close to a beach, 2 minutes walking distance, beautiful decor, fresh remodeling, very modern kitchen. Few important things to consider a landlord. Very dirty floors, never been mopped, walked once and could not wash my �� dirty feet, also there was a birds poop everywhere on floor, we discovered that birds living inside fireplace, and they have the place on they own when nobody’s around. Garage space where is the game room located is very clogged up and dirty, I would definitely hire a new cleaning crew! Also beds is very uncomfortable , had 3 sleepless nights on those broken mattresses in both master bedrooms, otherwise it was just a perfect vacation! "

"Relaxation At It’s BEST!
We were very impressed with the property. The house was very beautiful and welcoming. The location was great we were steps from the beach. We could hear the peaceful waves loud and clear. Everything was clean and convenient. There was lots of space with plenty amenities at our fingertips. The house had games and a pool table to keep the kids and adults entertained. I would definitely recommend this property to all my family and friends who will be in the area and need a great place to stay."

"Location
The property was in a good location and it looks nice but it was lot of mold under the kitchen cabinets and the whole house smelled of mold. The management company was good because they came out to try to take care of the situation but it did no good...something internal is going on at the place and the sliding door in the entryway wouldn't lock so we could ready sleep well. There a club cross the street on the corner where people were getting ready to fight at 2am "

"Okay but not the best
The second night we was welcomed by a block party that continued till 10pm. Loud music and people coming to ask if we had any available rooms/if our bathroom could be used.
The bedroom/bathroom off the kitchen has an overwhelming smell of sewage and every rain made the smell 10x worse. We had to buy bleach for the drains and febreeze to stay in the room. Nobody ever came to fix that problem even turning the issue in. Same room had dirty clothes in the dresser from previous guest.
The bathroom off the kitchen faucet broke which led to a pool in the floor. Maintenance came to fix it and broke it even more to the point we couldn’t use that shower for 2 days till another maintenance guy came and finally fixed it.
The dishwasher was broke the entire visit and maintenance didn’t try to fix it until our last day leaving. We had already been there a week and was hand washing the whole time so we didn’t need it fixed the last day.
Two bedrooms have electrical problems, which including the lights/fan turning on and off randomly even with switch turned. The lights would also dim and brighten on their own continuously."
