Located at on Florida’s Southwest Gulf Coast. No bridges or causeways to the island exist, which ensures a relaxed, tropical vacation setting.
The island resort encompasses a two-mile portion of private, pristine beaches on the northern end of Palm Island.
Guests travel to the island via car ferry and park their car in our island parking area. Transportation is provided by our bell staff and golf carts are also available for rent for registered guests.
Enjoy access to one of the 5 heated pools, plus hot tub and gas BBQ grills.
Tennis courts available for play and always complimentary.
Our recreation center, Coconuts, offers a variety of rentals to include golf carts, bicycles, kayaks and beach umbrellas.
A full service concierge can also arrange for everything from massages to fishing charters.
Be sure to catch a Pirate Show with the resort’s own Red Beard the Pirate.
Join a complimentary water aerobics class, nature walk or yoga on the beach when scheduled. Whether you wish to spend your time with us on the go or taking it slow, you’re sure to enjoy your new Memories at the Speed of Old Florida.

If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, your deposit will be non-refundable but may be transferred to a future reservation within 12 months of the original cancellation date.

"Loved the condo and the views!
We loved our stay in this unit! Very comfortable and clean. We could have used more bath towels (only 3 towels were given) since we were at the beach each day but I washed them myself. There are no pot holders/oven mitts in the unit so had to use the kitchen towel to remove hot baking dish from the oven. But overall it was a great stay!"

"Scary beginning, OK time
No one was there when I arrived at 9:15 pm so I was left standing in the dark not sure what to do. I found out later the 2 bell staff were sent home early. I should have been told of the need to arrive before 9. It was way too stressful of a beginning. One day the water had been turned off, there was no welcome notebook in the unit. "

Beautiful condo right on the beach. Close to restaurant. Could have had more toiletries like shower gel and moisturizer and extra shampoo and conditioner but otherwise a little slice of heaven"

Some minor issue, A/c wasn’t working or not working great.
Some common areas are in need to TLC /updates.
Staff was great! No issues with the staff. A+
Golf carts need some attention/ new batteries.
Great location! Nice beach walks!
