This 3rd floor condo has an amazing view of the ocean, pool, and courtyard from its private balcony. The spacious living room has plenty of seating for the whole family and the large dining room table comfortably seats 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new washer and dryer and comes with a drip coffee pot and a new washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and a private ensuite bath. Both the master bathroom and guest bathroom have been updated with new tile and vanities. There is a full size bed and a twin bed with a trundle in the second bedroom and two twin beds in the third smaller room, also known as the “Crow’s Nest.” While this condo does have updated bathrooms and kitchen appliances, it is still a Silver rated condo meaning it is not renovated throughout and does have some older furniture and décor.
All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center.
The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the towns many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley’s to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!
In the months of June and July we offer a variety of daily on-site food trucks by the pool and weekly movie nights on the lawn!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as expected. The only thing I would recommend for future guest is that if you plan to cook in the kitchen, you might think about bringing yourself a pan or 2. The pots/pans are few and not big enough to cook for a larger family. "

"Great Time
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Colony Reef. The unit was as described, even better. It appeared to have been painted and had newer furniture. The king size bed was very comfortable. The balcony furniture and table was very handy for eating breakfast and just relaxing on the balcony. The view was beautiful. Being able to just walk out to the beach was most desirable. We definitely hope to come again. I've been telling all my friends they should go there!"

"Relaxing Vacation
Great condo, great views a few things data but overall very nice. The amenities were very nice higher outdoor pool and hot tub, very nice gym with nice equipment, great indoor pool and sauna. Just a short walk to the beach. Love to watch the sunrise. Seen baby turtles making there way to the ocean. Great restaurants, grocery shopping and souvenior shops within a few miles of the condo, Location was great just 15 mins from St. Augustine. We enjoyed our stay so much we plan to return next year."

My husband's family have rented condos at Colony Reef Club for over 20 yrs. We get together once a year to relax and visit. Some like the beach and some like the pool. This year we had 3 generations present. It is close to downtown St. Augustine and all the attractions. "

"Perfect for a family with little ones.
This was our first beach trip with our kids. My husband, mother in law, a 5 year old,a 20 month old and my self all felt very comfortable in this condo. It was nice but it wasn’t over the top where I felt like my kids couldn’t still be kids. The little room was perfect for the boys. The guest room was spacious enough for my mother in law. The master bedroom and bath were very nice. Beds were comfortable, appliances clean and worked well. The property was perfect for a family get away.Nice playground, great pool, large commons area for kids to run and play, excellent walk way to the beach. If you have small children I would highly recommend this place. I could not of asked for a better place for our first beach trip as a family. It was not far from local attractions or stores. The security made the location feel safe and secure. "

While the view is nice, it was definitely hard to get out and see it on the balcony. When we got into the room (deadbolt extremely hard to lock and unlock) the view was great! There were definitely pros and cons! Pros comfy beds (after fixing the one in the guest bedroom), washer and dryer available in the room, comfy couch. Cons - only 6 towels when booked for 8 people, sliding glass doors almost impossible to open, deadbolt on entry door doesn't work properly, popcorn under the couch from previous renter, underneath the loveseat was extremely dirty, food wrappers on the floor in the master bedroom along with some type of sticky candy smashed into the floor. When I brought this up to the front desk the response I got was, it was nearing the end of the season and it is hard to get the house keepers to do their jobs. "

"I would try a Gold Room next time
Overall, we had a very good stay in our condo. The view is beautiful, and the resort is convenient to downtown St. Augustine while also very quiet in the evenings. However, the room itself felt more bronze than silver - and far from gold. On the drive down, we received a call that the refrigerator wasn't working and that it might take several days to get it repaired. The resort did offer other rooms - even a free gold upgrade - but none of the rooms available met our needs (7 people). Instead, we went the week without a fridge and was refunded a portion of our resort fee. The dryer in the unit was terrible - we tried multiple settings, and regardless, clothes never got fully dry. Expect 2 hours minimum to dry a load. Also there were little things showing the condo needs some TLC - the front door feels like someone could easily open it when locked. The sliding glass doors are hard to lock and unlock. In short, you are definitely saving money on this unit, but I'm not sure it's worth the savings. If I returned, I would want a gold rated condo instead. In summary, I'd recommend the resort, but I'm not sure I'd choose a "silver" condo again."

"Beautiful view, but...
We loved the view and location. It was a family gathering and fun was had by all. We found the unit to be a little less than advertised. The pictures make everything look shiny, new and well taken care of, when in fact some major maintenance is in order. We pointed out a few issues to property management. When we arrived there was a note on the counter that said the coffee maker did not work so we let property management know and they immediately provided a new one. Would recommend Colony Reef Club as a place to stay when visiting St. Augustine."

"Love Sea Colony but not this condo!
Poor. The middle bathroom had a stopper which did not permit you to take a warm shower. The TV was on a timer that periodically would turn off and the heat was controlled by the homeowner and it only was warm when a repaired man should up. Also the water had an awful taste and smell."

"Disappointed
We enjoyed our overall stay, always make the best of everything. We had several issues, we received 2 free parking passes, I paid extra 25.00 for my daughter to park. She got a warning for parking, which she had to park at highway. If you charge to park you should have a space for that parking. I went to office to see if I owe anything and tried to explain that we paid 25.00 for her to park and employee kept interrupting me as I would speak. Condo wasn’t clean, tile floors were terrible to keep clean, no pots and pans, had to fix tv when arrived. Condo definitely needs renovation, especially balcony, balcony door wouldn’t lock at all. Board walk to the beach not suitable for the elderly, handicap and parents with small children, it has 2 flight of stairs. NO RAMPS. Will not be back at Colony Reef."

"Great location
We stayed at Colony Reef for a long weekend in mid-April. The view from our balcony was beautiful- the ocean, the pool and the beautifully maintained grounds. Having an elevator was also a "plus". The rental unit was older, but was a great value for the price. "
