This beautiful direct ocean front condo has a large wrap around balcony giving you an uninterrupted view of both the beach and the pool. The view of the beach continues inside and you can enjoy some family time in the spacious living room with new furnishings and an updated Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances, a drip coffee pot and a full size washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and the private ensuite bathroom has a beautiful walk in shower. There are two twin beds in the second bedroom and in the smaller third bedroom known as the “Crow’s Nests” has two twin beds. Each of the bedrooms is furnished with flat screen TV's. This unit also includes updated blinds and blackout drapes.
This unit does include an electric grill for your grilling enjoyment.
This owner requests strict Saturday to Saturday rentals only. If you would like to rent outside of Saturday to Saturday, please contact the on-site rental office.
All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, second bedroom and crow's nest. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center.
The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!
In the months of June and July we offer a variety of daily on-site food trucks by the pool and weekly movie nights on the lawn!

"Spring Break with Family
Great trim to St Augustine. Really relaxing and not very crowded. Room was clean and condo was really nice. Only issue we had was that the remote for the TV in the second bedroom didn’t work, but we put in a request and they fixed it, there was no remote for the crowns nest tv N.A. we were told that that couldn’t fix it, so my kids didn’t have a tv all week. "

"Great view from problematic condo
First the good. You can't beat the view from this condo, and we've stayed at many ocean front condos on the beach. The turnoff was the cleaning crew did a lousy job. Most dishes and glasses weren't clean (apparently dishwasher problem, but one that should have been noticed). We also had to hand wash most of the pans and pots we used. The patio table was covered in food stains and other "stuff" and needed to be cleaned. The ice maker was frozen, and it took five days before someone came to fix it; which they did. Also, there are no chairs in the living area, just a very nice sectional couch, which isn't always comfortable for just sitting. Also, the second bedroom has two single beds only. The view, the pool, the boardwalk to the beach and the fitness area all are very nice. We did enjoy staying here, once we cleaned the place up. When you pay a $200 cleaning fee, the place should at least be very clean."

Wonderful spot and views. Close enough to town to drive back and forth. So much cooler than town so it was great to relax on the balcony after spending the day in town. Close to supermarkets as well. I would definitely recommend. Apartment has everything you need."

"Returning Guest Sees Quality Going Down
I have been staying in unit 2403 for almost 5 years. We love the location—the beachfront corner balcony can’t be beat, and the overall location of Colony Reef is perfect. The boardwalk has been rebuilt (I assume from the hurricane last year) and the new playground was nice. This year we noticed some upgrades in the unit (the W&D, the table and couch) BUT those upgrades couldn’t hide the details of the overall quality going downhill.
The dishes were mismatched and scratched, and there were only 2 bowls in the whole place.
The towels were abysmal. Aside from being scratchy poor hotel quality towels, they were so old they had holes in them.
The floors were grimy and turned our feet black within minutes.
The closets were full of broken appliances (fans, etc) and pieces of unusable furniture.
Only one TV remote had batteries that worked. One remote was duct taped together (and still didn’t work) and the room with the crows nest didn’t even have a remote and the TV didn’t work manually.
There was no dish soap available to use and only one sponge that had clearly been used prior to our visit.
The table outside hadn’t been cleaned prior to us checking in.
As you know if you’re reading this review, these units aren’t inexpensive, and previously they were worth the cost. This year, however, left us disappointed and making notes of other properties to research for our next trip to St. Augustine. I can’t say I’ll be returning unless the quality of cleanliness and unit basic amenities are raised significantly. "

"Great location, beach & pool!
We stayed the week and were happy with the ease of getting directly on the beach. The pool was gorgeous and well maintained. The air conditioning was on point and the living room/kitchen decorated well. Fit our family of 6 perfect.
Only complaint would be that it is in need of some basic updates like a kitchen clock that works, new sheets on the bed (old and pilled), toilet seat in master stained.
Overall, fab place and we will be back."

"2023 Snowbird at Cony Reef Club
I stayed in the condo for 3 months this year. I never get tired of sitting on the patio and taking in the sites and sounds of the surroundings. I walked the beach everyday except the 3-4 days that weather didn’t permit. The new appliances including refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer, and dishwasher were very nice. The large sectional couch was nice also. The property manager was very nice. Thank you to Grace, George and Nicolette. Thanks to Keith the property maintenance guy also for his help."

Great view...furniture ok...dishwasher not working properly...washing machine did not dissolve the soap completely...windows were dirty and the door was so hard to open need two hands.

"Nice condo
The condo complex was very nice. There is no walking to restaurants close by. The condo was nice, the cleaning was not so well done upon arrival. It advertises as 3 bedroom. The "3rd" bedroom is a like a small closet with 2 small kids beds and a closet. If you are claustrophobic,this is not for you.You cannot shut the door, if claustrophobic. All in all, condo nice, beach was nice, complex secure. Some areas needed general maintenance, but would recommend the complex to others."

"Multi family vaca
This property is great for multi family units. It allows you to be close but have space as well. Unit 2403 had great beds, furniture, and balcony. The only cons were no hot water for kitchen sink so it made cleaning up dishes a challenge. We never had time to fill out a maintenance request or I’m sure it would have been resolved. There is one con about the property...they have no smoking area and one would think this is great...except it forces the smokers to the boardwalk (where property ends) then kids pass back and forth going to the beach. Maybe give smokers an area by the dumpster or something so people can enjoy their walk to the beach without shaming smokers who are told to go there. "

"Review of Colony Reef Club, Unit 2403
Our experience at CRC in unit 2403 was excellent! The unit was well furnished (except for the cheap plastic patio furniture and small dated TV), comfortable, clean, and updated. The best thing about this unit is the amazing view that is expansive because this is a corner unit. We were able to see the sunrise and the sunset!!! An unexpected treat! We very much enjoyed that view from inside as well as from the patio!!! I would rent this unit again just for that view!
We also enjoyed the amenities at CRC! We used the hot tub everyday, the tennis courts several days and the pool once. The grounds are landscaped beautifully! Everything is clean and well maintained here! The Managers were friendly, helpful and recommended some great places to eat.
We enjoyed Harry's and St. Augustine Fish Camp in Historic St. Augustine. We also enjoyed Back 40A1A and Lastrata for dinner and SeaOats for breakfast all of which are within 2 miles of CRC.
I would stay here again next time I visit St. Augustine and have already recommended it to others.

Our family had a great stay in this condo! The views from the balcony were Amazing and the location right on the oceanfront was Perfect! We also enjoyed all the amenities of Colony Reef Club. The only disappointment was the quality of the televisions in the condo. Everything else was wonderful!"

The complex is well kept and in a great location with a beautiful beach view. The negatives of our unit were the lack of basic amenities such as a roll of paper towels to start you out, a hair dryer or multiple towels per bathroom. The balcony was outfitted with uncomfortable plastic stacking chairs so no one wanted to sit there��Water issues in the complex so we were without water for 24 hours. "

"Nice Condo - 2403
The condo was nice but no grill as promised. I did not like that you check in at 4 and by 5 the office goes home! There is not time to get issues resolved before they leave and the security guard didn't really seem to care. No smart tv's in the unit but overall the unit was nice but could use some updating."
