With a quick walk to the pool or boardwalk, this is your perfect beach getaway! The newly renovated kitchen with granite counter tops, new cabinets, and new appliances makes dinner a breeze. Not to mention, the outdoor electric grill makes for a great night of burgers and steaks! Enjoy a view of the courtyard, oceanfront pool, and the ocean all from your patio! The plush king bed in the primary bedroom makes for a comfortable night’s sleep. In the guest bedroom there is a queen bed and a twin bed and in the third bedroom, known as the “Crow’s Nest” there are 2 twin size bunk beds. But please note, these bunk beds are kids only, we ask that no one over 100 pounds be on the top bunks for safety purposes. Please note, this condo is across from the elevator. Please note: The owner of this condo is severely allergic to pet dander so this condo cannot accommodate service animals of any kind. However, we have many other condos that do accommodate service animals here at ! All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed. Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center. The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access. Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the towns many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley’s to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office! Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun! In the months of June and July we offer a variety of daily on-site food trucks by the pool and weekly movie nights on the lawn!

Visitor Reviews (19) Write a Review! "Just ok. Upon checking in we noticed an awful smell coming from somewhere near the washer and dryer, but couldn’t figure out what it was. The furnishings appeared to be hotel-ish and old, except for the couch and loveseat that was nicer and newer. Bathrooms were renovated nicely. Walls were bare...just an overall cold feeling. The patio and furniture were filthy. The washer only worked after you’d turned it on for an unspecified amount of time. It’s like it just came on when it wanted. The next day we discovered the smell. Someone from a previous stay left an egg in the bottom of the trash can (under the liner), and maggots had appeared all over the trash can and pantry area. There was no cleaning supplies of any sort, so I had to leave at 9:30 pm to go get some. I have a crawling 9 month old, and a disabled child, so keeping her off the floor was a task. I called and notified the front desk, but all she said was “yikes”, and that she would notify (whoever). We stayed here in April as well, but from someone on VRBO. I’ll be booking through them from now on. There was a door stop sticking out in the hallway which would be perfect for a small child to get injured on. There is an exposed wire sticking out of the wall behind the nightstand in the master bedroom. The closet doors in the second bedroom looked wedged in place at an angle to keep them from falling. The dryer does not dry laundry AT ALL. The individual at check-in was very courteous as he helped additionally with getting tus connected to the WI-FI. I would have been very embarrassed to have rented this property in the condition that it was in." While the upper units have better views you can't beat this ground floor unit for quick and easy access. The unit was cleaned but the sliding glass door track was filthy and extremely difficult to open and close, the guest toilet ran. Maintenance came for both and tried to repair...they were very courteous and prompt to respond. For this unit, bring your own wine/cocktail glasses and a hair dryer it these are items you like to have around.
