Enjoy the views from the spacious, nautical themed living room or from the private balcony entrance in the master bedroom. Enjoy a home cooked meal in the fully equipped and updated kitchen which includes a drip coffee pot and stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. Spend the evening grilling out on the units personal electric grill and enjoy the gentle evening ocean breezes. The king size bed and beautifully updated private bathroom features a walk-in shower making the primary bedroom a perfect escape for anyone looking for their own space. A queen bed in guest room and two twin beds in the third bedroom or the “Crow’s Nest,” helps ensure everyone in the family has a comfortable place to sleep!
Please note: The owner of this condo is severely allergic to pet dander so this condo cannot accommodate service animals of any kind. However, we have many other condos that do accommodate service animals here at !
All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center.
The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the towns many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley’s to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!
In the months of June and July we offer a variety of daily on-site food trucks by the pool and weekly movie nights on the lawn!

Wife and I double booked by mistake and you didn’t even noticed until we didn’t check out after our week in another condo was over. That will be the cheapest cleaning fee you’ll ever have to pay-1302 was never used the entire week. We’ll never make that mistake again-promise!!"

"Home Away From Home
We enjoyed our 3 month stay in Unit 1302 at Colony Reef Club. The unit was very clean, bright and welcoming. This was our second year renting at Colony Reef and Butler Beach. The beach is incredible. It goes on as far as the eye can see with white sand and surf. This year the pool was open which was a plus. Residents are friendly and helpful and we made many new friends. Great winter getaway. "

The view alone is so amazing. The new walk way to the beech is very nice. It was to bad the outside pool is under construction for the entire months of Jan and feb as they have only worked on it a few hours a day like 3 maybe 4 days a week."

"FAMILY GATHERING PLACE
Location to the beach was great. Turtle hatching was bonus. Biggest disappointment was being separated from family since our original condo was sold. Got to see other condos that were much more modernized. Too much clutter everywhere...tattered rugs. Dishes were dirty. Needs a deep cleaning and updating which we read is planned for later this year. Kids in hot tub and picnics on pool deck which was supposed to be against the rules. We had no contact with front office except to check in and out. We would rent again after renovations."

"First Time trip to St Augustine
Overall, lovely condo and amenities. Patio was large and mostly shaded which was great. Location was perfect, nice and close to downtown. Highly recommend Aunt kate's restaurant, the Black Raven Pirate tour for kids 10 and under.
The kitchen was extremely small and not updated. They could use an upgrade to pots, pans and glasses. TVs in rooms were extremely small. Beds weren't terrible but not great either. Need to offer streaming in the den, its 2022."

Overall average property. Condo was close to beach access.
Condo was clean - a bit dated. Grounds and amenities appeared to be well maintained.
Screen door spring was not attached to the front door on one end. Required stepping over it for 3 days.
Initial price was good but BEWARE of miscellaneous fees with NO explanations. "

"A Relaxing Beach Vacation
Staying at the Colony Reef was a pleasure. The Gold Oceanfront #1302 was very nice. The view was panoramic and the best part of the unit. The furniture is getting a bit worn and the refrigerator made a tremendous racket periodically. There was no hair dryer in the unit, but management quickly provided a replacement dryer. Even with these issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. "
