This beachy ocean front condo is the perfect location for a beach getaway. With its 4th floor views and private balcony, you’ll never miss a beautiful sunrise. With a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen, this condo is ideal for entertaining. Enjoy your morning coffee from the condos Keurig or drip coffee pot on the balcony. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a king and the third bedroom, also known as the “Crow’s Nest,” has one twin bed. All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed. Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center. The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access. Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office! Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun! In the months of June and July we offer a variety of daily on-site food trucks by the pool and weekly movie nights on the lawn!

We would leave our tent and chairs and go to the room for lunch and then return to the beach. This condo is very comfortable for two families as it’s one of the few with two king size beds. It is also a three bedroom and most here are two bedrooms. It’s very quiet and a great place to relax." The balcony and oceanfront view were the highlights of the week. The unit itself was a disappointment. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom didn’t work. The outlet in the Master bath didn’t work. The AC vents are very small so, since there are no ceiling fans in any of the rooms, we had to crank the AC down really low to be comfortable. While not expected, it was shocking that there was not even salt or pepper in this unit. I have been in MANY rentals over the years and have never been in one where there wasn’t at least those basic condiments!! The dishwasher was full of dishes that we assumed we’re clean, but on further examination, saw that the soap dispenser in the dishwasher had not been released so that had to be run. You can’t plug the grill in outside and use anything inside without tripping a circuit breaker. But, the grill didn’t heat up anyway! The sofas had slipcovers on them, but were extremely uncomfortable to sit on. And seriously, with what we paid for the week, certainly properly fitting bed sheets could be purchased. It must be the view that qualifies this unit as gold because nothing inside did.
