Welcome to Daydream Believer - Colony Reef unit 2111! This condo is bright and clean with a boho beachy feel - a perfect sanctuary for your beach vacation. We are located on the ground floor with a view of the pool and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
This location is the best of both worlds and makes getting to and from all the fun a breeze! From the moment you arrive - you'll feel yourself getting into beach mode. The kitchen, living room and dining area are all open concept allowing everyone enough space to enjoy themselves but also enjoy time together. The outdoor patio has comfy lounge chairs which are perfect for lounging in while watching the kids play in the grassy grounds, the oceanfront pool or for watching the sunset! If you're in the mood for some al fresco dining - the outdoor table is big enough to fit your whole family.
The primary bedroom and guest bedroom boast plush king beds and allow for plenty of privacy and rest - both are equipped with flat screen TVs. The third bedroom is a built-in bunkbed room and has 4 twin beds - it is the perfect fun space for kids!
St. Augustine Beach and the surrounding area have amazing restaurants and delicious places to eat but if you plan to cook - our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need (including a blender for those beachy margaritas and a Keurig coffee pot!)! The pantry has plenty of storage space for all your snacks - and the sand will wash right out of your beach towels in our in-unit washer/dryer!
All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center.
The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!
In the months of June and July we offer a variety of daily on-site food trucks by the pool and weekly movie nights on the lawn!

"Perfect Vacation spot!
We have been visiting Colony Reef for years! We keep coming back because we love the layout of the property. Love that you can see the pool and the courtyard area from every room. This is our first time in 2111 and it was amazing. Kitchen was stocked well, brand new washer and dryer, super comfy furniture and beds. "

"Pre-summer Get-away
The condo was very nice. All the appliances and conveniences we needed. Although the pictures of the rooms had been updated since we originally rented and the 3rd bedroom was 4 bunk beds instead of a twin and 2 bunks. We had hoped for a single bed in that room. Also instructions for using the TV’s to get local channels would have been very helpful."

"Nice condo
This is our 3rd time staying in unit 2111 and I knew to expect a few things about the condo.
While we still very much enjoyed our stay, the unit is starting to show it's age. It could use some TLC with improvements: sliding screen door off living room doesn't slide easily at all, paint chipping in numerous areas, no longer a rug in the living room.
It would also be nice to have more towels instead of having to wash them every single day. The floor was very dirty and the cupboards in kitchen were sticky, glasses not all clean, and dirty footmarks on the bunk bed ladder.
Might be more of a 'Silver' level condo instead of gold."

"Love Colony Reef
We’ve stayed at Colony Reef for 30+ years. Watch our kids and grands play in the courtyard. That’s what they looked forward to but what’s going on with the grass? Lawn has always been beautiful. Loved the location and decor in our unit, plus bed in master was comfy but the floor needed a good cleaning. We’re still disappointed that the pool is still closing early but that hasn’t stop us. Will be back!"

"Fantastic Stay!
My family includes a 21 month son and this was the perfect condo for us to stay in April 2024. I loved that the patio space went right out to the grass and my son adored walking around and saying hi to everyone. The condo itself was decorated beautifully, without too many knick-knacks around that I needed to hide away from my son's hands! The pools were lovely, the grounds were beautifully maintained, and everyone we encountered from guests to office staff were friendly and helpful. I never had a problem finding parking and the condo isn't far from Publix (groceries) and other eating establishments. I highly recommend Colony Reef Club and this condo in particular!"

"Great Stay!
This was our first time staying in this unit. We have been coming to Colony Reef for over 25 years. Unit 2111 is on the ground floor which works great for us as grandparents now. We easily stored the beach toys and chairs on the porch. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was stocked except they need to get another set of silverware. Not enough if having a full dinner with kids and grandkids. Clean and cheery! We will book again!"

"Already rebooked!
We have stayed at Colony Reef for the past 3 years now and this was my favorite condo so far! The unit was gorgeous, clean, and well maintained. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The food trucks this year was a nice touch and the kids enjoyed Kona Ice after a hot day at the beach. The playground also had a wonderful upgrade this year and the kids loved it. Colony Reef is the perfect family friendly beach getaway. "

"Beautiful Complex -- Disappointed in the Condo
Items that disappointed us and needed attention in our opinion:
- No hot pads in the kitchen for use with the oven
- Zero liquid dishwashing liquid provided -- not even a small starter set
- Only1 dish washing towel provided
- Only like 5 teaspoons and they were "beat" up -- hurt to use them. For a condo that has 3 bedrooms this isn't enough spoons
- NO serving bowls -- we found one large plastic bowl and one glass mixing bowl. So frustrating.
- One of the patio chairs was broken and wouldn't swivel without dragging on the ground and doing more damage
- One of the screen doors wasn't functional
- The "rugs" in all the rooms were filthy. When walking with stocking feet your socks got black.
- Not one roll of paper towels was provided.
- Living Room chairs were worn and uncomfortable
- Zero spices - salt/pepper and foil/clear wrap
Appreciated:
- Mattresses were comfortable in the two big bedrooms (didn't use the 3rd bedroom)
- Ample bathroom towels provided
- Ample cooking pots/pans and cooking utensils
- Lots of glasses
- Ease of checking in/checking outShowers/bathroom fixtures
- Colony Reef resort was quiet with a beautiful pool and beach. We enjoyed walks on the beach and the pickleball courts. The indoor pool was nice too even though we did not use it. We were very happy with the beautiful weather
Overall for the price we paid for the one month we stayed in this condo we were very disappointed. Perhaps there was "fine" print in the contact to not expect any condiments/paper products -- but in our 10 year experience of renting condo's we've always been given a few items to get you through the first few days."

"Honest opinion
We enjoyed our stay, but was a little disappointed in the condo's condition. It is considered Gold, but not sure why. Living room sofa is comfortable but old and stained. Microwave door was cracked. Sliding door handle broke off while we were there. Front storm door needed maintenance. Shower door very hard to close and open. Called office on Sunday, but no one came to fix anything while we were there. Wouldn't recommend because of the cost of this condo. Best thing was the big courtyard for grandkids to play."

"A girl's getaway
I arrived at Colony Reef after hours and was pleasantly pleased to know someone was there to help me with check in. It was wonderful. The condo was beautifully decorated and spacious. "Spring Break Vacation
My family and I really enjoyed our week at The Colony Reef. The condo was exactly like the pictures. The grounds and pool were great. My kids went back and forth from the pool to the ocean all day and in the evenings played in the courtyard with the other kids. I would definitely return. This was one of the only times I have rented a property and was not stressed about all the rules. The management company was always available and answered questions. The condo was clean. The other guests were very kind. The location is also great. We ate at local restaurants, visited the alligator farm and rode the downtown trolley. We really enjoyed our stay in St. Augustine. "

We had a great time. The property worked out well for us. All of the other guests were nice. It was a nice set up for a family vacation.
I would say there were only a couple of issues. Dead lizard in the cushion of the chair. The screen was falling off so I think the lizard made it inside. Some of the furniture had screws falling out. Other than that, the location was great. "

I have staying at several other units at CRC and all of them were very nice! However, this unit is absolutely the most beautiful and comfortable one by far! Will make sure this is the unit we choose, if available, from now on. Much thought and effort was put into the decor, kitchen supplies, and beds, etc. New fans were installed during my stay in the two main bedrooms, very nice! "Relaxing and Convenient to the Beach
