Enjoy the wonderful view of the courtyard, pool, and ocean from this newly renovated and new to the rental program 4th floor condo. The spacious living room has plenty of seating for the whole family and the dining room table comfortably seats 6. The newly renovated kitchen with granite countertops is fully equipped for a stay of any length and comes with a Keurig and a full size washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and a renovated ensuite bath with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds and the third bedroom, also known as the “Crow’s Nest,” has two twin beds.
All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center.
The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!
In the months of June and July we offer a variety of daily on-site food trucks by the pool and weekly movie nights on the lawn!

"Wonderful Trip!
The property was described properly, it was a wonderful unit. Looks to be recently updated, feels airy, and is quite spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked, and there were enough supplies to get through the first few days. The staff is absolutely wonderful and always super friendly. We would totally stay in this unit again, the view of the ocean and courtyard were perfect! We stayed here with three kids and two adults, everyone thought the beds were comfortable. We love Colony Reef!!"

Great location. Reasonably decent room. A few of the dishes were not cleaned when I first used them. The no-smoking policy in the entire complex was very disappointing. Nice gym and game room with great options. Idea of Pickle Ball is very misleading since there is no net for that game (just the tennis net)."

"Wonderful Vacation!!
Our week at St. Augustine was one of my favorite vacations! The room was nice and updated, the beach was beautiful, and the staff was exceptional.
We enjoyed the modern kitchen, leather couch and chairs, and the hardwood look. The beach was very wide and flat with plenty of space. The ocean was clean looking and we saw dolphins a couple of days.
We had outstanding service and communication with the front staff! I called after my son left his clothes in the dresser. The clothes were located, shipped back to me, and I even received a follow up call from Housekeeper, Charlene, making sure we received the packages.
I almost forgot, the tennis court/pickle ball courts were a huge bonus! Also the security guard and gated entrance was a plus.
I can’t say enough good things about Colony Reef. I can’t wait to go back!"

I have a 5 and 1 year old grandchildren and the condo floors and carpet were really Sandy and dirty Hehind the trash can was a dead roach there was a medical needle and syringe found used in the bathroom and the patio furnitures was covered in rust "

Amenities were very nice in this unit. We enjoyed the pool the grandkids enjoyed the movie on Thursday night. Water pressure was an issue at times and the master bath toilet ran and did not fill without jiggling the knob. Some cart tires were flat when loaded with good. The improved landscaping was appreciated as well as new air conditioners. "

This was our second year staying at Colony Reef Club. Such a good time spending the week with family. The only thing I would say is if you want to drive in the beach in front of resort you will need 4 wheel drive. It's not a bad walk to the beach although if you plan on using a wagon to haul your stuff be prepared to have help lifting it up the stairs to the board walk to the beach. Don't understand why there is not a ramp instead of stairs, would be difficult for people with handicap."
