This beautiful second floor condo is your ideal beach vacation spot. With a beautiful coastal theme throughout, you’ll be able to settle into beachside living no matter how long you stay. The living room is tastefully decorated and has plenty of seating for the whole family. The spacious kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances is fully equipped to prepare your favorite home cooked meals and comes with both a drip coffee pot and a drip coffee as well as a stackable washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has a king size bed as well as a renovated master bathroom with a walk in shower! The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom, or the “Crow’s Nest,” has three built in twin beds, bunk bed style! All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed. Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center. The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access. Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office! Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun! In the months of June and July we offer a variety of daily on-site food trucks by the pool and weekly movie nights on the lawn!

Colony Reef was like stepping back in time to before electronics took over. We loved seeing everyone's kids gather in the courtyard every evening, playing wiffle ball, volleyball, and watching movies in their pajamas. The pool was perfect, plenty of chairs for everyone. The staff was attentive and friendly. Unit 2205 was great. The furniture could use some upgrading to be more comfortable, but everything was very clean and the view was amazing. There was a small closet, but it could not be used as it was locked for the owner's use. There were two tiny drawers to use. No where to hang clothes. That was a big dissapointment. No closet or dresser should have been mentioned. - Our last day there, a nice cockroach decided to visit us and die in our kitchen. - The electric grill that was on our patio was gross. It was rusted out and needed to be thrown away. Very funny that they threatened to charge $50 if you did not clean it. It was too disgusting to even touch let alone cook food on for consumption. - Providing beach chairs is a must. Renting them was very expensive. Charge a little extra and have that nicety in the condo. There were some that the owners had left there, but were too mildewy to even put your towel on. Staff needs to throw them away as it leaves a very bad impression.
