Enjoy a stunning view of the beach from this second floor condo. A private balcony with a direct view of the pool makes this an ideal condo for families. The spacious living room with new furniture has plenty seating for everyone to gather around the Smart TV. The newly renovated kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops and is fully equipped for a stay of any length with a washer and dryer and a drip coffee pot. There is a king size bed in the primary bedroom and a private ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. In the second bedroom there is another king size bed and two bunk beds in the third bedroom, or the “Crow’s Nest.” For safety reasons, we ask that no one over 100 lbs go on the top bunk beds. All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed. Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center. The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access. Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office! Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun! In the months of June and July we offer a variety of daily on-site food trucks by the pool and weekly movie nights on the lawn!

The convenient beach access, the huge swimming pool, playground, and fun grass field where all of the kids play in the evening just make colony reef so special. There are only three cons I can mention. The air conditioner in the bunk room blows directly onto one bunks pillow that room gets freezing at night because it’s so small. We found the two top bunks to be unusable so don’t count on them. We couldn’t get the TV in the master bedroom working, but it wasn’t worth the effort to get maintenance out. They are serious about supplies not being provided. I was surprised to have no dish soap. I was glad I brought my own trash bags, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, paper towels, and toilet paper." It is the perfect spot between getting a great view of the pool, open grassy field and the beach and not too high or too low! On this side of the condo complex you get shade in the morning So you can sit on the patio without being blasted by the sun. Also, this condo was beautifully decorated and in great condition! The only thing that needed to be done was the light in the bathroom shower was out, but I never got around to telling the staff since my kids didn’t complain. But I think some of the office people need to work on there office skills. One of the beds mattresses was so uncomfortable. It was raised in the middle and we could hardly sleep well on it. I even went up to the office to ask about the checklist and she was trying to tell me that I did not rent through you guys as I did and I just wanted to make sure I was doing everything right. I do know there's a very nice lady that had her own office that working up front she a sweet heart sorry I didn't remember your name you get a #5 everyone else gets a #1-2. We felt like overall we had a good time, but the quality and pest control needs to be worked on, as does your staffs friendliness. I would recommend others to stay but to also caution them about the staff and the bugs."
