You came to Panama City Beach because of the white sand and the Gulf of Mexico.
Minimum booking age 25 please. Pets allowed up to 50 lbs. Pet fee $175 and $100 for additional pets. Please inquire directly for more information about pets or their accommodations.
This Beach home has a new stainless steel refrigerator, stove and microwave. The large master suite gives you privacy from the rest of the house and even has a nice seating area. The king size bed and private bath with a step in shower and double sinks make for comfy retreat. Their is a separate door to the outside off of the master suite that opens to the outside patio that leads to the fenced back yard.
There are two other bedrooms both with a private bath. The private baths with each bedroom make this a great home for 3 couples to vacation together as well as a super house for a larger family or even two families.
In addition to the family room connected to the kitchen, there is a Florida room that has a pull out couch. Check out the picture in the family room that shows the area around the house looked like over 50 years ago. There are two connected patios. One is covered and provides great outdoor experiences along with the uncovered patio off of the master bedroom that leads to the back yard. There is a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room off of the patio. There is an outdoor shower with hot water next to the patio when you come in from a fun day on the beautiful beach. A charcoal grill makes for yummy outdoor cooking.
The home is in the Thomas drive section of Panama City Beach. You are close to the state park as well as all of the marinas. Walmart, Dollar General as well as many restaurants are within a couple of miles. You do not have to get in the traffic on Front Beach unless you want to. Two of the most famous restaurants in Panama City Beach, Pineapple Willys and Captain Andersons, are less than 10 minutes away. Arcades and race car tracks are within walking distance to keep the kids happy.

"Great Panama City Beach house for those with dogs (and without)
This is a comfortable and cute house with a nice sized back yard for pups to hang out. We were fine without a dishwasher. It has ample room and we loved the fact each bedroom had its own bathroom and shower. It is right across the street from beach access. Everyone around was super nice and friendly. We definitely would stay here again when in Panama City Beach."

"Perfect Location
We had a group of 6 ladies stay in this house. Great location to the beach, just a very small walk to the pier walk to take you directly to the beach. The house had a great little covered porch that always had a nice breeze that we sat on and had coffee in the mornings and visited in the evenings. We were all really pleased with the cottage feel of the home. (No stairs was a plus to us and easy access)
Also, we walked to many places to eat and shop near by. "

This is a wonderful home. Upon arrival it was just as described and very clean. It was very close to the beach and many restaurants. My family and I, have been going to beach for years and by far this was our favorite place we have EVER stayed. It has everything you need including a large fenced back yard. We didn’t want to leave. Rental company was great as was the neighbors in the surrounding homes. Can’t wait to return. "
