After seven (7) days from the date of the reservation call, or less than thirty (30) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.

Tastefully decorated, clean, and full of thoughtful touches. The ocean view from both master suite, loft, 3bedroom and main living areas had a view of the ocean, and the deck overlooking the water was the perfect spot to relax. The kitchen was well-stocked, which made meals easy, and the air hockey table was a fun bonus. Despite some earlier reviews, we had no issues with the AC—it was cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, making the whole experience easy from start to finish. We’d absolutely recommend this place and would love to return!" We also enjoyed the air hockey table in the garage and the beach gear that was available. Fix the A/C and respond to your renters. Nice kitchen and newer furniture in the living area but this section is relatively small for a house that sleeps 8 and there is no other seating in the main living area. The beds and bedding were good. All bathrooms were 0/5...they need full renovations and towels etc were the absolute cheapest material. Like I said, good for a very quick stay but we were done after two nights. I'd suggest either going in knowing you are renting a cheaper house so Renee expectations or up your budget. An added plus - the garage is full of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys! The management company was informative and responded quickly to any questions we had. My one caution would be the furniture. It is definitely not made for older adults! It is very nice furniture, but older adults would have an extremely difficult time getting up from the couch since it’s deep and huge and the kitchen table chairs are fairly small and hard. The doors at the house are also difficult to use. I believe they are fancy storm doors to protect from bad weather, but it makes them difficult to open and close.
