When you enter the condo, you are immediately at ease as with an open feel. The open concept Kitchen, Dining and Living Rooms are the ideal entertainment space where everyone can gather.
The kitchen is stocked so you can enjoy cooking your favorites during your getaway. Brew up your morning coffee in the Keurig or Drip Coffee maker. Open to the dining area allows for meals to be easily served. In the living room watch your favorite movies and catch views of the waves.
Head through the sliding glass doors out the large balcony to enjoy a meal. Or decompress as you feel the ocean breezes and listen to the waves crashing.
The master bedroom is a relaxation zone with a comfortable King Bed and a view of the Atlantic from the picturesque window. If you aren’t looking out the window you can unwind while watching the TV. The master ensuite has a soaking tub and separate shower.
The 2nd bedroom features another King bed with a TV to fall asleep to your favorite shows. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin beds. The 2nd Full bathroom with a Shower/Tub is across the hall.
The washer and dryer are in the condo, very convenient when it’s time to do laundry.

CANCELLATIONS: Reservations may be cancelled by Guest with notice to Agent within seven (7) days of the date of the reservation call, and more than thirty (30) days before check-in and any deposit received by Agent shall be refunded to Guest minus a $275.00 administration fee. After seven (7) days from the date of the reservation call, or less than thirty (30) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.

Location is gorgeous. Very nice size condo. Beds were very comfortable. Sofa wasn’t the most comfortable. The view is incredible. Property manager was very responsive until we checked in. Lights and fan didn’t work in master room, took almost a day to respond. Once responding resolved quickly. "

"End of school year getaway
The condo was wonderful and similar to others we have rented here in the past. It was very spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. The view was perfect from the balcony. Unfortunately, the service in the pool area left lots to be desired, though. If staying here, I would suggest that you confirm ahead of time if the pool and clubhouse is available at all if this is something that you expect to use. The pool closed at 7:30 pm each day we were there despite it being Memorial Day weekend. The check in instructions indicated no coolers or outside food in or around the pool area because of the club restaurant/bar but it was not open at all. The one and only day that it appeared to be open, we went in to order and the employees not only said they were closed but asked us how we got in (door was unlocked). They proceeded to serve a large party outside for at least another hour after telling us they were closed. The renters here definitely do not get a warm welcome from the employees or the owners on site. "

This condo is amazing! The ocean view is the best part. Very clean, up to date, and comfortable. Beach access is close and easy. The pools are easily walkable distance. Quiet, family friendly neighborhood. 20 minute drive to St Augustine and 10 minutes to Flagler Beach. "

"Fun Vacation

"Everything Was Perfect
My last emails from the rental agent with check-in info ended up in my spam unbeknownst to me: only as we were driving (after a long day of travel) to the rental with only about an hour to spare did I realiz I didn't have what I needed to check in. Donna from the agency went the extra mile to get me set up on the fly - I believe she ended up staying late just to help us out. After that,everyone one we came in contact with at Cinnamon Beach was pleasant and friendly and our rental was lovely. We plan to stay again."

The condo was nice, clean and as advertised. our only real complaint would be the coquina rocks in the ocean which makes it tricky to play in the surf safely. Pools were nice and location was quiet and enjoyable."

The condo was very clean and everything worked. We appreciated the towels, beach chairs and ample supply of pots, pans, plates, and utensils. Just a word of caution about the glass-top coffee table. Nearly everyone hit their shins on the corners of the table. We ended up moving it out of the way."

"Beautiful and quiet
This condo was newly updated though the decor is a bit dark especially since there’s not much natural light. The view each morning was amazing as you are right on the ocean. The condo was the most stocked I’ve ever seen from a vacation rental and I have seen quite a few. Bravo!! The beach was a bit surprising as it had many large rocks on the shoreline that were covered during high tide but exposed during low tide. Not much ocean play here but the beach was clean and quiet. "

"9 out of 10, can't wait to come back!
This was an amazing vacation! We will be staying here again, without question! Yes, there is reef (rocks) in the water but it's easy to see them at low tide and it didn't stop us from having an amazing time in the beautiful waves and beach. The amenities were fabulous and the surrounding property was incredibly well maintained and clean. Great for bike riding, jogging etc. I'm a body builder and the gym was adequate for my workouts if I was just slightly creative. Now for the 2 issues with our specific unit...
We stayed in condo building 800, unit 753 which was BEACHFRONT! Unfortunately the two front rooms (not the master) don't have curtains, just blinds. But because the windows of those rooms overlook the walkway which has super SUPER bright lights, it was shining so brightly in our room that it felt like noon all night long. It made it incredibly hard to sleep. In fact, the 4 people in those rooms didn't sleep well at all because of it. We tried hanging sheets over it but the sheets were white and offered almost no relief. Also, the dishwasher technically worked but absolutely was useless. All the dishes came out almost as dirty as they went in. We ended up having to hand wash every dish we used. SUPER frustrating, especially on vacation. Otherwise this unit would have been perfect and we'd stay there again if those 2 things were addressed. See you next time Ocean Hammock!"

"Great Week at Cinnamon Beach
Our family had a great week at Cinnamon Beach. Great little gated community right on the beach. The unit 753 is good for the price. It was clean and has great views of the beach. A couple of negatives that didn’t ruin the week by any means: Furniture itself & carpets in bedrooms could use some updating, TV in Master did not work, and we had issues with the Dishwasher cleaning all week. The condo has great spacing, kitchen has everything you need, due to the Covid situation we cooked in every meal and always found what we needed. All in all a great condo, especially for the price. "

"Oceanfront Getaway
Great stay with an amazing view. The condo was really nice and we never had a problem with parking. The area felt really safe, we even let our nieces and nephew walk down to the beach and the pool on their own. The luggage cart in the garage was really helpful, but maybe having more than one cart would be a little more convenient. The morning we left, the cart was not in the garage so we had to take multiple trips from the condo to the garage. That wasn't too big of a deal though. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay again."

"Wonderful Florida sunshine
We had a good time in condo 753 building 800. We love being at the beach. The condo was in good shape and clean. The only problem was the balcony door would not lock and it was difficult to close. We had 2 good beach days while we were there. We enjoyed having Hallmark movies to watch and were thankful for that. "
