After seven (7) days from the date of the reservation call, or less than thirty (30) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.

We were looking for a dog friendly longer term rental for this year. The property management staff answered our questions, met Bailey and recommended the perfect unit for us. We signed the contract and looked forward to our 2022 stay. We arrived and were very happy with the units location. However it was not clean. It smelled of mildew and the floors were dirty and sticky with spilled food. We cleaned the unit and were enjoying our stay when we received that a realtor wanted to show the unit. We were not told it was for sale. At the end of our first week we were asked to vacate. Supposedly because we had a dog that the owner of the unit did not allow. We tried to talk to the Scott, the head of the prop management co but he would not answer our calls or interceded on our behalf. The owner demanded we leave immediately and promptly sold the unit. We were forced to try to find a 3 bedroom dog friendly long term rental on the beach during the height of the season. We could only find a two week rental at double the nightly rate and had to return home weeks early. The conduct of Cinnamon Beach Vacation Rental company, especially Scott, was horrible. The only thing I wasn’t satisfied with was when we got there I don’t think the doors had been vacuumed because there was a ton of sand through out. We had to sweep and vaccine before bringing all our stuff in. We will be back as the price for the quality is great. There were 4 motorcycles parked in our parking garage for Biker's Week in Daytona and every time they started their engines the entire building shook. This condo is immediately above the parking garage, so it was most noticeable. Would it be possible to restrict motorcycle parking to the outside parking lot?
