The Master Suite is a spacious retreat with a King bed, full-size dresser, nightstands, a 50” flatscreen TV, and an attached bathroom featuring a shower stall, jetted tub, double vanity, walk-in closet, and commode. The Master Suite also has access to the oceanfront balcony, where you can enjoy stunning views of the beach and sea.
The Second Bedroom features two Double beds, a full-size dresser, nightstand, a 42” flatscreen TV, closet, and access to a bathroom with a shower/tub combo, double vanity, and commode. Like the Master Suite, it also has access to the oceanfront balcony.
The Third Bedroom offers two Queen beds, a full-size dresser, nightstand, a 50” flatscreen TV, closet, and a balcony overlooking the plantation. It's a perfect spot to enjoy the serene surroundings.
The Great/Living Room is designed for relaxation and entertainment with a Sleeper Sofa, Regular Sofa, end tables, a TV stand with a 60” flatscreen TV, and a slider leading to a large balcony with seating and oceanfront views.
The Dining Room has a table that seats six and a bar area off the kitchen counter that seats three. It also has a slider to a balcony overlooking the plantation, providing a lovely backdrop for meals.
The Gourmet Kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with a double sink, all major appliances, a bar area, and fully supplied cooking utensils and cookware. It features a Keurig, coffee maker, and toaster for your convenience.
Additionally, the condo has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, and ceiling fans in every bedroom for added comfort.

The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.
House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

Our rental experience was wonderful. Management was easy to work with, the price was reasonable, the views fantastic. The rental itsself was spacious, quiet, well kept, tastefully decorated, the beds very comfortable. It is close to a great fishing spot and also close to great restaurants and other entertainment activities, if the beach isn't enough. "

The condo provided great space and plenty of room for our family.
Bathroom tub/shower could use some maintenance/updating. Furnishings in family room also could use some updating.
Overall the unit suited our needs and offered great ocean and lakeside views with balconies.

"Better than Good
This was the best stay we've had to date at Kingston. We've visited at least 15 times over the last 10 years and this condo was the best one yet. The view is spectacular and the space was perfect for my family. We all had our own little worlds to live in. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you'll need. We were there for Thanksgiving and made a large spread just like at home. Can't wait to get back to 1909 in April!"

We are a family with 4 teenagers and this place was perfect for us. The balconies were great for morning coffee with sunrise and evening cocktail for sunset. Quick walk to the beach, peir and pool. Would definitely come back. "

Well, it did not start out well. We arrived and found that they entire South Tower was undergoing air conditioning repairs. It was 80 degrees in our condominium. We contacted the rental office and they came by to check out the issue. We were relocated to a different condo. It was very nice. The property management company took care of us so our stay was not a total loss.
We were bothered by the reduced hours for the pools and hot tubs. Also by the lack of any lounge chairs for the pool in the Brighton tower. We have stayed in the North tower in the past.
We stayed in the south tower for this stay. I would recommend the North Tower or the Brighton tower. The South tower is dated and the overuse of air freshener is a little nauseating
We moved into and out of condominiums a total of 6 times. Not what we wanted to do over the course of the week. "

"Beautiful Beachfront Condo!
This is a beautiful condo in Kingston Plantation. It was even better than we expected from the pictures. The rooms, bathrooms and living spaces are very large and there are balconies on all sides. The condo was clean and well maintained. The management company was extremely responsive and provided excellent service. The beach was beautiful and it was helpful to have the beach chairs and umbrella provided by the unit. Kingston plantation is a great location, close to many restaurants and activities. Our only disappointment was that the Brighton Tower pool was closed during our stay unexpectedly."

"Snowbird winter getaway
We have been coming to Myrtle beach for several years. Kingston plantation is our favorite location and Brighton tower is one if their towers. Our condos location was the best with ocean front and rear view of complex which allowed us to view both sunrise and sunset offering great photos. The condo was clean nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked for ease in cooking which is important for lengthy stays. The manager made it easy for rentin, always communicated prior to coming ,and responded to a maintenance issue within an hour. It’s close to tangerine outlets, Walmart, grocery stores and live entertainment as well as lots of restaurants. I would highly recommend to friends and family"

Lovely condo with tons of space for everyone!! The only issue was with the elevators. Someone got stuck in on of them twice and that was a scary thought! We used the service elevator and that one worked fine!"

The condo was beautiful, spacious, & probably one of the cleanest places we've stayed. The only "upset" was we couldn't use the balcony as it was closed for maintenance. Century 21 Stopper & Associates were very accommodating. We are definitely staying in this condo in 2018."
