Cancellation Policy - Properties are typically rented up to 2 years in advance due to the necessary time required in planning guest and guest invitee’s schedules. After booking a reservation, the property is no longer available to guests inquiring about those dates. There is no reasonable way of recapturing those guests. Reservations cancelled at least 180 days prior to arrival will receive a refund less the amount of the first night's rental. Reservations may not be cancelled within 180 days of arrival. However, if Together Resorts is able to re-rent the property for those dates, Together Resorts will apply a credit of that amount to the original reservation less one night's rental. If you find it necessary to cancel, please advise us as soon as possible so that we may have the best opportunity to remarket your dates.

"Unit D
The property needs to be cleaned up outside and exterminated. The area outside Unit D was very nasty, cigarette butts, mosquitos and roaches. Roaches were all through the house, I called and reported it and was told that someone would be out later that evening to treat them and no one ever showed up. Parking is terrible, house sleep's 22 people but only 4 parking spaces. My family has traveled to Myrtle Beach for our family reunion for the past 21 years and I will say this has been the worst experience ever!!!! Units A,B,C was not trashed like Unit D, they looked much better outside."

"It Just Works
Needed a large space for a mini family reunion. This rental was perfect with 8 bedrooms of various numbers of beds and 8 bathrooms (to eliminate issues). The family loved it. It was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach, and the pool was a fun addition. It perhaps doesn't have the bells and whistles of other rentals, but it was decently cleaned and had everything we needed. Management staff was also very responsive to a few minor issues that we encountered. "

"Cousins Trip
Our vacation rental had a litany of issues. Anywhere from dead roaches found in the rooms and rats running alongside the front door to room doors automatically locking guest in their room. The house itself was located in a great spot however the upkeep of the home and surrounding areas lacked TLC. "

"Great weekend
This was the perfect place for a large group in the heart of Myrtle Beach. The house was clean, with all of the amenities needed to accommodate 15 people. The beach was in walking distance and plenty of options for food and drink close by. If we come back to Myrtle Beach, we will definitely plan to stay here again. "

"Great for a guys trip
We had 20 guys for a golf trip and reserved 2 units. Everyone slept in their own bed and at the most 2 guys had to split a bathroom. It was perfect for this. Everyone on the trip had nothing but great things to say. We had one issue with the lock and Melissa was there in 45 minutes to get it fixed. Not far from the beach or golf courses. Great experience!"

The property was nice and clean. Location was excellent to the beach and restaurants and attractions.
When we get there we were missing remotes for some rooms, one of the bedroom the outlet have no cover. The water pressure was terrible, occupant can use more than 2 bathroom at the same time. The tenants on the other part of our building were up from 12 midnight to 3a.m. around the pool area running and making so much noise that none of us could sleep in our unit. I would recommend the property due to location but the management company need to do the update on the water pressure, noise, and tenants parking."

"Some What Disappointing
The staff was outstanding, very responsive and was focused on our satisfaction. The issue was with the other guest. It was brought to our attention that one guest voiced several complains about parking, peeping into windows, and noise. First of all I have to admit that we were a bit noisy (up to about 12am one night), but NO ONE in our group peeped into anyones window. Furthermore, the group that complained had the same issue relating to noise and parking. One evening they completely took 10 parking spots in the lot and were out front of their unit drinking, smoking, and hit softball around in the lot. However, the morning prior we had a representive (stating that she was visiting every guest) for the resort visit us regarding the complaint. We check with another guest and found that they were not visited. Not sure why we were singled out. When on vacation your intent is to enjoy your stay not to feel that you are under the microscope because of who you are and I think that was the major issue with the complaining guest. "

"Annoying; Overpriced,
I need to be refunded or credited $500 for the hot tub that was promised but never fixed.
we were charged up front for the stay and expected to have that with our group of 18. we travel to Myrtle beach twice a year.
The owner needs to be responsible and issue us a credit for the short comings of the over priced stay.
That would be the right thing to do.
Let's see if the owner is a man. "

"Summer Vacation 2018
The resort was nice and clean upon arrival. There were some issues with obtaining the wi-fi code and also issues with the pool and the hot tub. The hot tub was dirty upon arrival and although we called about the pool man, he was dispatched and never showed up the entire weekend. We were able to obtain the wi-if code the next day by noon. The resort was nice and roomy and the kitchen was well equipped. There was enough bedding to sleep Everyone and the kitchen table was huge. The cable service was great and there was a television in every room. We enjoyed the privacy of the Unit that we were in and overall everything was perfect. "

"More than meets the eye
The rental was awesome! It was more than you would expect when viewing it from the outside. The pool and hot tub is handicap equipped which was awesome. The location puts you in the middle of everything you may need or want. I had my Family Reunion there and everyone was pleased with my choice. The only downside was parking. It wasn't conducive for a Family Reunion. However, I would rent this unit again and recommend it to my friends."
