Cancellation Policy - Properties are typically rented up to 2 years in advance due to the necessary time required in planning guest and guest invitee’s schedules. After booking a reservation, the property is no longer available to guests inquiring about those dates. There is no reasonable way of recapturing those guests. Reservations cancelled at least 180 days prior to arrival will receive a refund less the amount of the first night's rental. Reservations may not be cancelled within 180 days of arrival. However, if Together Resorts is able to re-rent the property for those dates, Together Resorts will apply a credit of that amount to the original reservation less one night's rental. If you find it necessary to cancel, please advise us as soon as possible so that we may have the best opportunity to remarket your dates.

Upon entrance resort was beautiful, everything was well cleaned and set up nicely to 100% comfort. I can certainly say it was worth every penny me and my family had an amazing time at the resort and possibly plan on heading back next year. "

"Great Value
I had the pleasure of coordinating Pat & Joe’s Legacy Celebration 2023. We rented two 8-bedroom homes and had a total of 15 people in one home and 17 in the other, making use of their capacity to sleep 22 comfortably. The primary purpose of this celebration was to bring the family together and foster stronger relationships, and it was a resounding success in that regard.
The convenient location is in South Myrtle Beach. Situated in the midst of a diverse community, we were surrounded by a variety of accommodations, including 2, 3, and 4-star hotels, Airbnbs, mobile homes, and a mix of new and old homes. Additionally, an array of restaurants and beach department stores were just a stone's throw away. This unique setting created an inclusive environment ideally suited for our diverse group.
The homes themselves were spacious and well-equipped. Parking was convenient, and the swimming pool and hot tub were enjoyable for both children and adults. We appreciated the attentive service of Keith, the pool cleaner, and Mandy, who promptly resolved any issues we had with the television in one of the homes.
Another advantage of the location was the proximity to various amenities and attractions, with a grocery store just half a mile away. The airport was 1 mile away. Two nearby rope courses and an amusement park provided a thrilling experience for the more adventurous members of the group.
Overall, our time at Togetheresorts was truly memorable. The friendly and accommodating staff, coupled with the fantastic location and well-maintained homes, made it an ideal choice for our celebration. We are grateful for the opportunity to create lasting memories with our loved ones in such an accommodating space. If you have a large group that you would like to connect with, Togehterresorts, South Myrtle Beach is a perfect choice.

It was really a great stay! Everyone enjoyed themselves. Everything was beautiful! The only issue was that one of the toilets in the back restroom by the washer and dryer had an issue, I reported it. We had to make it work and it worked. Overall the stay was GREAT! I will rent from them again. "

My experience with the Together Resorts property at 411 9th Ave S, in Myrtle Beach was disappointing. The residence had many issues (hole in wall due to broken towel rack, cable nit working properly, disgustingly dirty couches, roaches , water bugs and dirty floors) and despite me writing and providing pictorial evidence, I have received no response. While it is located in a good location, it is in need of total fumigation and furniture upgrades. "

"2022 Family Beach Trip
35 family members from across the United States came together for a week of laughter, fun and bonding! Met others in the complex, and made new friends.
The main complaint, we were NOT told in advance of the limit of 4 parking passes per unit, which was a hardship for us as we came from all over and obviously had more than 4 cars per unit (that sleeps 22!) There are many, many rules for this property and I find it incredible that this was not mentioned once!"

Everything was great, everytime I had to call or email about anything very quick respond, great location, I didn't like the trash being so close, to unit C, the flies was a bit much, if others were using dumpster,we probably would not have been able to sit outside, otherwise a great vacation, living room furniture could stand a little cleaning"

We had an awesome time staying at the resort. There were 21 of us comfortably sleeping in the unit and we had additional guest and family members drop by for the anniversary masquerade party. Even though we couldn't move the table, once we moved the smaller table and chairs there was dancing space. We're looking to possibly return next year."

"Extremely Disappointed
This property is not at all how it is described. This is not two homes, as it appears and we were told. It is actually four, small duplexes. There is not ample parking for each home. Parking was a huge issue each and every day. There is one very small pool in between the houses and two grills in the parking lot that are not sufficiently located. The bathrooms are very tiny and the men in our party who are all fit and tall had a difficult time maneuvering in the shower as it is something like you would find in a small RV. The place was pretty clean, however the kitchen needed some attention, the oven was filthy. There are two small uncovered rubber dumpsters on property that are not large enough for all of the trash for 4 units. The garbage overflowed often and attracted an immense amount of flys and rats. One of the units was rented to a large group of individuals that constantly made messes outside, did not bag garbage, smoked and drank at the pool each night until 4:00 am and whom we caught smoking illegal substances and peering into other peoples windows. The couches they advertise within the unit are not couches. They are outside wicker seats. Security lights at the pool stayed on all night and glared into the bedroom windows causing many restless nights. The property was located a block from the beach, but across from some loud run down mobile homes. We were extremely disappointed and sadly could not wait to leave. Management was contacted, reacted and did not appear to do anything about any of our issues, except clean up the garbage. We would not recommend this property to anyone, nor would we ever return. "

"DISAPPOINTING, OVER PRICED.
NOT GOOD.
Paid a lot of money (over $5,000 for 4 days) to have a pool/hot tub that was in disrepair.
Could have stayed in a hotel with better amenities that worked properly. The response to attempt to fix things was not acceptable and the problem with the pool/hot-tub was never fixed. There should definitely be a credit issued for at least $500. The problem affected 18 people. We do this trip every year and would like to come back, however, there needs to be consideration given.
Given the location and limited amenities of the property, the place was over-priced.

"Great vacation
We all had a great time. The condo was close to the ocean and to the baseball fields. We were able to walk to most places we wanted. It was a short ride to grocery stores and restruants. The facility was clean and whenever we had a concern it was addressed immediately. We were able to fit 6 families comfortably with enough space for 1/2 a baseball team. We would stay here again. "
