The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.
House Parties & Groups:

We do not rent to non-family groups unless all members are 25 or older. Misrepresentation of age will result in forfeiture of the reservation without a refund.

DJ and his staff were wonderful. Always answers the phone when you call and quick to address any questions or concerns. Very clean and updated accommodations. My wife and I stayed for an extended period (2 months) and it felt like home. I would absolutely recommend using these folks."

Need some changes, a new opaque curtain in the bedroom,refresh the kitchen and bathroom (plumbing maintenance) , balcony ceiling fan,and a nice cleaning, overall we like it and Will be back again. "

The overall rooms are a good size.
Laundry area is too crowded and inconvenient to use.
Stove is overdue for replacement - one burner cannot be removed for cleaning.
Seating in TV area is uncomfortable and awkward to find a way to sit for any duration.
Toaster need replacing (taped together crumb door)."

We absolutely loved it here. The only difficult part was that there was no trashbags, dish, soap, or detergent left for us to use, which was frustrating, because we then had to go to the store and get all that whereas in past Vrbo’s, that kind of thing has been left for us. Other than that, the condo was beautiful, gorgeous view of the gold course and pool, amazing location, and close to Coastal Carolina University where we had to move our daughter into "
