This 2nd floor condo is appointed nicely with 1 King, 2 twins and 1 pullout sofa bed (renter will need to pay for sofa bed linens at check in). It will accommodate 6 guest very comfortably. After a few rounds of golf or a long day on the beach you may want to enjoy one of The Grand Strand's top dining destinations or stay in and relax with a meal at home. There are grills located around the complex for your convenience as well as a nicely equipped kitchen that will allow you to cook a gourmet meal if you like. This condo is awesome for entertaining or just relaxing.

If you’re traveling by car, our great location on Highway 17 Bypass gives you easy access from every direction. Plus, we keep you close to all of the area’s best shopping, dining, entertainment, golf and sightseeing, from North Myrtle Beach to the center of it all – and beyond!

The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.
House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

"DJ to the rescue
My wife and I planned on a birthday celebration in Myrtle Beach. The condo we initially rented, from a different company, was offensive. No way we could stay there for the week. My wife found the phone number to Vacation MB and spoke with DJ. After hearing our story, DJ found us a fabulous property at a reasonable price. All we can say is THANK YOU DJ!! You salvaged our celebration."

"Wonderful unit in a great location
The unit was very well furnished, great kitchen with everything I needed for cooking, comfortable living room furniture and very clean. It was as depicted in the web site. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues when we arivved but they were immediately taken care of. We loved the location, it was close to Broadway at the Beach, the Coastal Mall, movie theaters and a lot of other entertainment venues. The only issue I had was with the bed in the master bedroom. It was too high, I needed a step stool to get into it and I’m not a short person. The mattress was also too hard but that’s personal preference. I broke my foot while in Myrtle Beach, so I had to move into the extra bedroom with twin beds because I couldn’t get around or on the bed in the master. I would still recommend this unit to anyone who wants to visit Myrtle Beach because of its location, cleanliness and great kitchen "

"Just as expected!
The condo was just as expected and just as pictured. It had almost everything we needed. We had to go out an buy a sheet set for the pull out bed, dish soap, toilet paper and garbage bags. Other than that all the essentials were there. We had trouble with the electric stove but someone came to fix it. The burners are a lil crooked so don’t expect your pancakes to be circles!!! Having a dryer and washer was a plus! The kids loved the pool and we loved that there was a bathroom there. The location was perfect and close to many attractions. The condo complex was generally quiet and had no problems with our neighbors except for the family that smoked weed everyday on the balcony beneath us. The condo looks out onto a golf corse which was nice to watch people playing and the grounds were very clean and manicured. Overall I would stay there again."

Fantastic 3 mth stay. Definitely home away from home. Upscale furnishings. Very comfortable bed.The location is amazing,restaurants, groceries,shopping plazas 1-2 minute drive. The beach is only 1 mile away.The condo is very clean, however the stove top a bit at the rental office was extremely helpful and professional.provided seamless, stress free stay."

The overall rental was very nice and cozy felt like I was coming home to my own place. The best part hands down has to be the master bed. It was so comfortable and sleeping was amazing haven't felt so rested in a long time. The only sad part was having to leave that bed. "
