The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.
House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

"Rental February/March 2025
The vacation rental experience was great. We had a couple of issues and they were looked after quickly. The location of the unit was perfect for us. Centrally located for all the golfing that we were there for. The weather was OK, however it wasn’t typical weather anywhere this winter and the rental experience can’t control that so you make the best of it. Restaurants and shopping are all close by."

"Great Condo
Nice condo in a great area close to attractions and restaurants. Condo was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The furniture in the living room is well used and couch was not very comfortable."

"Great place for families-Spacious
We had an amazing stay at this condo in Myrtle Beach! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful from the moment we booked and continued to provide excellent support throughout our stay. The condo itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, which made it perfect for our family.
All the instructions and information we needed were conveniently provided in a package, making our stay completely seamless. The location couldn't have been better—we were just minutes away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, popular attractions, restaurants, and even the softball field where our daughter played. It was so convenient!
If I had to mention anything, it would be that the fridge and stove were a bit dated, but that was a minor detail and didn't affect our experience at all. Overall, we highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!"

We loved our stay so much. The condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable, spacious , had a true feeling of home. Loved having 2 bathrooms, washer & dryer and the use of 4 pools was fantastic. Highly recommend "

"March Getaway
Our getaway in Myrtlewood Condominium was almost perfect. That is only because I had a 5 minute drive to the beach. My husband like the closeness to the golf courses though.
The unit was clean and shows the same as in the pictures. The new floors were beautiful. The furniture is seasoned, but comfortable. The second bedroom could use a dresser as there was no place to unpack for two. It was spacious and a great place for games, chatting and eating around the table.
The location was great, and had long paths for walking and biking.
The managing office was very responsive to our cry of help with the TV remotes, and the whole renting was easy with them.
I would recommend this unit to everyone, but just one word of caution, no elevator. The four flights of stairs got us in shape, but was initially challenging on move in day.
The kitchen had everything I needed for a months rental."

"Ripken Experience
Location was as listed. The place was perfect for our weeklong stay. Plenty of room for the family, and having the washer and dryer was huge. Lots of pools to visit. Would stay at the location again if we played in the event next season."

"Good cardio and stay
Overall the stay was good. We had a few issues with unit. The ice maker did not work, staff came out and found out that there was no water line connected to frig. Also there was no hot water in kitchen but showers were fine. We wish they had an elevator in this building, this unit is located on third floor."
