It's been known to happen when reserving this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom oceanfront condo. This 940 square foot retreat offers everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished, guests may never want to leave. Free Wifi at Madeira Norte #111. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed.
The updated kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware. A breakfast area seats four and is a perfect spot for casual family dining or playing board games. The living area is spacious and offers a relaxing lounge/couch where you can rest after a wonderful day outside, or enjoy a movie night with the large flat screen television. The master bedroom is bright and spacious with a king sized bed and a television with access to the private balcony. The second guest room offers one queen bed, television and access to additional bathroom. A washer and dryer are also included in this property as are linens, extra towels and pillows.
Like all SunHost properties, you will find our vacation rentals meticulous. As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.
Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.
There is one assigned parking spot for this condo.
Guests are not only steps away from the fabulous beach, pool, and BBQ facilities, but also popular John's Pass Village, where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and entertainment along a 1,100 foot pirate themed boardwalk. A quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. Pets Not Allowed ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.
Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

The elevators didn’t work have the time. The rental unit itself needs a facelift. And housekeeping was trying to get In at 7 in the morning to clean was told i did an early check out. The office people at Beach place were not very friendly. "

"Happy, could be better
We loved the location of our unit at Madiera Norte and are renting again next year. There are several improvements that could be made to enhance the stay. Updates to the bathtub/shower surround (floor bounced), furniture was very dated and old, floor tiles were chipped and living room carpeting area would be better if tiled. "

"Go somewhere else
Upon arrival we noticed the condo is very dated. It needs an extreme makeover. There was a lot of noise above us, like something being scraped over the floor, maybe ladders, from 7am until 11pm. It may have been renovation which the management company has no control over but they should have told us before we arrived. The shower curtain had black mold on it. There were cobwebs and dust everywhere. It smelled old and musty. I called Sunhost and asked to be moved. The person I talked to said that was not possible, the owners had already been paid. The manager was supposed to call me back but never did. A few days later I smelled an electrical burning smell in the bedroom. The culprit was a lamp on the dresser. I unplugged the lamp and put it on the deck because it smelled so bad. Again I called Sunhost and was told I would get a call back. Again I did not get a call back but they sent housekeeping and a maintenance man. Good thing someone was there. The shower curtain was cleaned (we smelled strong bleach the rest of our stay) and took the lamp away. The kitchen tools were barely adequate. The view is nice. The bed in the master was comfortable. We will not be back to this unit or go through Sunhost again."

I've stayed with sunhost several times and it was a great experience but I cant say this time was not the same. The room did not smell well when entering unit really was not up to date, No amenities at all, beach towels chairs for beach ect. All this being said I would still book through sunhost again I would not stay in the same unit."

"Madiera Norte Unit 111
Although we love the location of Madiera Norte, unit 111 was not even half average. The furniture is old, stained and cushions are smashed down. The bedroom furniture had a very bad musty smell. The carpet is dirty and stained. The towels were very very thin. There were no beach towels or chairs (not that we needed them). On the plus side, the kitchen was adequately equipped. We liked Madiera Norte enough to rebook for 2025...but NOT unit 111."

1st week was good 2 nd week people upstairs condo 211 making noise all the time I had to scream once let them shut up but that didn’t stop them they were Morans scraping chairs against the floor little kid running 2 nd week I couldn’t wait to go home"

"Madeira Norte
I learned to NEVER rent from a rental company if they don’t own or manage the property. They expected from me what they didn’t deliver back. They was contacted many times about a loud group blasting music off their balcony. Whooping and hollering. I can over look some things like late check in or sheets that don’t fit the bed or even a shower that doesn’t drain proper. I can not over look walls rattling constantly. When I contacted Sunhost ( who I rented from ) I was told they have no control and gave me a non-emergency phone number to the police. They also stated many others complained as well. DO NOT RENT from Sunhost if they don’t manage the property!! Couldn’t enjoy the pool because it was always over the 8 person limit. I once was told to get out because the pool had more than 8. Yet I counted over 20 in the pool most times. I also couldn’t enjoy the balcony I paid extra to have (ocean facing) because of the noise. I expect a refund or at least a partial.. Everyone else that called in with a complaint should get refunded too."

"Beautiful Beaches
Great location, beautiful beaches and met a lot of great people. We stayed in an oceanfront view it was very quite, but was disappointed in the unit as far as cleanliness and very dirty heavy furniture. No beach atmosphere at all in unit. The grounds and pool were kept clean and nice. Would stay in condo but different unit next time. "

"Amazing views!
The condo was a bit outdated but clean. We did have an issue with the toilet overflowing but we called and maintenance was there right away to fix it. The tub stayed backed up everytime we took a shower and the door between the bathrooms wouldn’t shut but overall the place was clean, the thing that saved us on this condo was the view of the beach. It was amazing and we were steps from the beach. My friend and I didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo so it wasn’t as big of a deal but I could see it being to others. For the cost of the condo, you could have stayed somewhere that has alot nicer amenities. Just a few changes and this place would def be a 5 star! We enjoyed our vacay and didn’t let those things play a big part in our overall experience. The weather in November was perfect and let us hold on to summer for one more week being from southern Indiana. I look forward to going to Madeira beach again this being my first time! "

"Perfect location
We had a wonderful stay at Madeira Norte. It’s in a perfect location across from John’s Pass where there are lots of restaurants and shopping. The beach was beautiful and well kept. The pool is small and saltwater and gets crowded. There’s no bathroom at the pool so you have to go up to your room. Our unit 111 is outdated but everything worked fine except there was no blow dryer. Overall it was a nice place to stay and we will be back next year."

"Great balcony!
We had a really nice time! Sitting on the balcony was the best! Great view of the beach, gulf and pool! Really relaxing. The condo itself needs some updating. The bathtub shower was very slippery. You really needed to hold on to the grab rails while taking a shower. The bathrooms could be cleaner and they really need to be updated. The washer/dryer worked well. The ice maker in the refrigerator was a great asset! The main area of the condo is mirrored. If you like to see what you look like all the time, this condo is for you! The furniture and bed were comfortable. The grounds were very clean. The pool area could use a restroom nearby. Going back to the condo to use the restroom was a pain. But, overall, we had a very nice vacation and will stay in this condo again because you just can't beat that view!!"
