Enjoy oceanfront and pool views from this bright and well appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium in sought after southern Madeira Beach. This vacation home has all the amenities, including location! location! location! as it sits directly across from popular John's Pass Village, and of course, beautiful clear blue beaches that Florida is well known for. Free WiFi. Crimson is a Smoke Free property including all private balconies and common areas. Please note that lost keys will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed.
Walking into 101 Crimson, you will immediately feel at home in this 1,315 square foot open living space. The full kitchen, complete with granite countertops, updated kitchen appliances, including microwave and utensils, is ready for your stay, whether you simply desire a cup of coffee, or plan to prepare a full meal. With a dining table adjoining the kitchen that comfortably fits six people, as well as a kitchen bar that seats three, there is plenty of room for a relaxed and comfortable meal.
The spacious floor plan includes a living space with stunning beach views, that leads directly to the private balcony where you can enjoy the magnificent sunsets while enjoying a refreshing cocktail. The master bedroom , with a king sized bed, also has ocean views and access to the balcony. The second bedroom offers a single and queen sized bed. The third bedroom has one queen bed.
Every need is met during your stay here, complete with 42 inch plasma television, fresh linens, extra pillows, plenty of towels and washer and dryer. You will also have access to BBQ facilities, hot tub, and heated swimming pool all conveniently located. Amenities also include daily access to the main office for any business needs that arise, such as faxing, copying and printing boarding passes . Maintenance is also available seven days a week along with an after-hours emergency call attendant.
Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. Enjoy watersports, dolphin watching cruises, rent a waverunner, or just relax on some of the best beaches in the country. John's Pass is right across the street, and a popular attraction with unique shopping, incredible restaurants, art shows, musical entertainment and a 1,100 foot pirate themed boardwalk offering a fun experience for the entire family.
Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.
Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

"Not as I remebered
We had stayed at Crimson before with great results.
This time, not so much.
Although they did provide us with advanced notice of the elevators being down and adjusted our fees accordingly, it had been nearly 8 months since we booked the trip. Seemingly enough time to repair the elevator.
The pool was described as “functional”. It felt like we were swimming in a prison yard. It was surrounded by a chain link fence that appeared to be just leaning against the original fence.
We also had experiences with a family who appeared to invite their entire extended family to grill out and party. There must have been at least 20 of them at a time. The music was played so loud that the entire front of the complex could not even sit on their balconies.
On top of all of that, someone from an adjacent condo threw eggs onto one of our balconies as well as near the pool.
I love the Madeira Beach area, but this was a rough one."

"great week at the beach ⛱️
we stayed the week of Memorial Day beach was bustling but not crazy. Our family loved the condo! Stayed close by on previous vacations but this was our first time at crimson. Elevator hadn’t been fixed from the hurricane but we were on the first floor so it was fine. Plenty of space and nicely decorated and clean. would definitely stay again in the future. "

"A perfect family spring break!
My family and a friend of mine stayed in Crimson Condos for a week for my daughter’s spring break. Things were still recovering from the hurricanes, but we had the most amazing time! While the pool area was closed for our stay, we spent the whole week outside spending time by the beach and John’s Pass. The unit was spotlessly clean and had plenty of space for everything we needed. Management was very responsive and helpful for our stay. Cannot recommend staying here enough, I know we’ll be back!"

"Nice Place Great Location and View.
This place is really nice. I think we have stayed in 8 different Crimson units and this is probably 2nd on the list. The only issues were the washer, dryer and the couch. The washer had to be reset every time we used it. The dryer would take four to five cycles to dry the clothes. The just looks nasty and old (threw a blanket over it). "

"overpriced for what is worth
I have been staying for many years at the crimson 101. This the first year that I feel this place is overpriced for the experience. The ac unit does not cool more than 75 degrees. the refrigerator has 2 shelves that are being held with duct tape, the couch is so old that it really doesn't recline vey well. I love the location and that has been the number 1 reason why I have stayed there for so many years. "

At checkout I submitted a list of conditions that I would hope are corrected before we visit next year. This is our 3rd time renting Crimson 101 and fell that the unit is not being maintained properly, needs new paint, rusted metal closet doors, missing light bulbs, sticky floors, etc. The couches are getting old and need to be replaced."

"Nice location
The Crimson in a great spot to walk to almost anything you need. The pool was not heated or at least the heater was not on. The pool area was not very big. There was a door missing where the washer and dryer were which made it very loud when the washer was running. The condo was clean and the staff at check in and check out were very nice and helpful."

"Highly Recommend This Vacation Spot
We loved this condo and the location. The only thing that I wish was a little better was the size of the TV's in the bedrooms. Although we don't watch much TV, it would be nice if the tv's were larger so it is more enjoyable when you do watch. Being directly across from John's Pass is absolutely fantastic. Not having to get in a car, unless you just want to, for the entire week is great. There are plenty of restaurants and shops just across the street. The beach is beautiful. The staff in the office were very friendly. The condo is stocked with well. I have already booked for next year for 2 weeks! "

"Condo 101 Crimson on the Gulf
We loved Maderia Beach! Some concerns with the condo were there were no current reviews. The Condo does offer a million dollar view when you could enjoy it. Due to unsupervised kids we had to on 4 nights listen to screaming and yelling well past midnight. This prevented us from enjoying the wonderful balcony, sitting in the condo with the slider open, and forget about going to bed early. When we reported this concern, little was offered in the way of a solution by SunHost. They suggested WE call the police because there is a 10:00 noise ordinance. However, after WE determined who the kids were the office did address this issue with the parents. Seems it would be worth the investment to hire a security company to oversee properties. You will also notice a lot of noise, loud music and kids yelling, coming from THE BEACH PLACE next door. The furniture in the TV area needs to be updated, very uninviting to sit on looks dirty and old. The hall bathroom has peeling paint and what appears to be mold up by the vent area. The main slider lock is broke, you have to use a piece of wood to secure door. We got locked in the condo one day due to a defective deadbolt, management was quick to rescue use and bring in a locksmith. With some attention to detail this would be a great vacation spot. We spent most of our time on the beach renting chairs (175.00) for the week. Lots of great restaurants and shops at John Pass. If you are looking for a quiet get away, I am not sure this is for you. If you are fine with late night noise you will love this condo."

We loved this place as well as the location. Everything was walking distance. This particular condo was nice. It was clean and the beds were comfy. They only complaint was it needs a little updating especially the guest bathroom. But otherwise I would stay here again. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Parking was good also. If you get there early don't expect to get in early. We were handed the key basically right at 4.00."

"First Time in Crimson Condos
We have rented from SunHost before, and have usually stayed at Maderia Norte. This year we decided to go upscale a bit and try Crimson Condos. Our unit was very roomy and comfortable, and very well furnished. We were especially pleased with the quality of the patio furniture. That is where we find some condos skimp a bit. The condo was thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. We were hoping to get in right at 4:00 but had to wait a bit, but with John's Pass right across the street, we had something to do. The elevator was out for most of our stay, but we had a first floor condo, the stairway was literally across the hall, so it was no problem for us. The pool is cleaned daily (we watched every morning). The beach is beautiful and not crowded at all, even during a peak season. We love staying near John's Pass with so much to do there, we rarely drive somewhere. Favorites are the Mad Beach Fish House, Mad Beach Brewing Co., and Daquiri Shack. The manager on site was super friendly and helful. Sure to be back in the area in the future."
