Pets Not Allowed ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.
Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

"Nice but needs to be cleaned better
Gross stains on the under sheets, random long black hairs that weren’t ours. One on the printer we never touched, one on the bathtub prior to using it, two stuck within the unused hanging towels, paint peeling off the doors and half painted wall (unsure of why that was, maybe a specific reason I’m unaware of) "

"Awesome location
Nice condo, clean and plenty of space for 4 adults, kitchen equipment was adequate and we loved sitting on the balcony and people/storm watching. Pool was great , fantastic location for johns pass just 5 mins across the street. Beds were too soft for us but that’s personal preference.

The process of renting was easy. The condo unit itself is old, tired and needed a good cleaning and updating. Dark and dull. The unit I would not recommend, the property is a great location."

"Girls trip
Overall everything was great for our stay. Perfect location, right on the beach, clean and big enough for all of us. The only thing I do suggest, is some of your staff are not very nice, quite rude at times on things. Talked to a few of us in a very condescending way. All we did was ask about towels and then next incident was about checking out and if ok to leave our car for a few hours while we do beach before we fly out. Customer service should be worked on with some in the office. "

Romm 103 had a wonderful view of johns pass and easy walk to beach and shopping and ding . Room was clean but could you updated furniture. And also the loud cars with loud exhaust was very annoying all the time at this particular unit."

The Sunhost folks in the office could not have been more helpful. We were in limbo checking out of one hotel at 10:00 a.m and checking into the condo. They worked with us so we could park the car early and enjoy John's Pass and even called us when the Condo was cleaned and we could check in. Condo #103 was nice and clean. The check in/out was super easy and the location was ideal for enjoying Madiera Beach and John's Pass. We liked watching the draw bridge, but as we are from the Country, the street noise on that side of the building took some getting used to. The only suggestion I would have for #103 is maybe consider adding a few basics, like a roll of paper towels, a couple of k-cups, and a box of kleenex. Also, finding the walkway under the bridge to John's Pass was a definite plus as crossing that busy road was not fun. "
