ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.

Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.


Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Small 1/1 but clean unit sufficed for a one week stay. Good for a couple, if you don't mind a bathroom tge size of a RV bathroom that becomes a sauna when you shower (no exhaust lfan). TV in bedroom is a Amazon Firestix (have to set up a Amaxon account and register tge TV to your account to use it). Ice maker in refrigerator is not hooked up, and had no ice cube trays to make ice. Queen size bed was good, but very soft mattress. It's a walk up (12 steps), so not conducive for elders or handicapped. Unit would work very well for a single.
