You will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $70, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.
Additional amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, 2 pool tables, his and hers dry saunas, shower/dressing room, and hot tub. Fully stocked kitchen with all dishes, utensils and pots and pans. The stackable washer and dryer are in the hall across from the kitchen.
By far the best deal on a one bedroom condo in Madeira Beach. Multiple fishing docks, adjacent to city park. Easy walk to supermarket, drug store, restaurants and bars. Property is just a short walk to the beautiful Gulf beaches.
This condo association requires the formality of application for approval at least 14 days prior to arrival along with $100 fee for every booking. This fee is non-refundable. Applications not completed by guest and returned to us within 4 days of booking, will result in the booking being cancelled. You will be required to complete this paperwork prior to confirmation of booking. This fee is included in your AirBnB pricing.
Approximately 2 miles north of John's Pass Village! The village is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination.
When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (fax, copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.
Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. It's 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.
Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.
Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

"madeira beach vacation
rental was nice in nice area. the key pickup and drop off at your office was a big inconvenience to me when you have no rental car and it is 2+ miles from the unit. Did not like that they sprayed inside bug treatment during my stay even know i said i did not want anybody in the unit while i was staying there. "

"3 weeks of fun in the sun.
Overall our 3wks was extremely good. The unit is very well stocked and is in a great location. The unit itself was perfect for the two of us and for the most part was very clean. A couple of issues that was the reason for a 4 star. The area rug is in need of a good shampoo or should be replaced. If the coffee table is moved it is quite obvious why I say this. Our bedding should have been inspected more closely before being put back on the bed. It was obvious that the comforter was not washed before being put back on our bed from the previous renters. And no bedding should have any stains, old or new. I will say that it was rectified quickly, once we contacted Sunhost personnel. But it didn't leave a great impression of the cleaning process.
The facilities (pool, hottub, workout area) are excellent and well maintained! Love that the beautiful park is across the street, and the grocery store is within walking distance.
As I said, overall it was a great unit and we would definetly return."

"Review of 231E
Check-in was off property, a little inconvenient.
WIFY was not working....found out the next day an upgrade had not been done by the owner. Finally Xfinity got it working by installing new equipment that had been sitting in the condo. The light under the microwave was burned out. Called Sunhost, they sent a maintenance man out. He never came back with a new bulb. Two weeks without a light over the stove top. Smoke detector in the hallway started chirping. Meaning it needed a new battery or defective. Sunhost said they replaced the battery. When we came back that evening, the smoke detector was still
chirping. Did they actually replace the battery?
I had to remove the battery so we could sleep.
The shades on the sliding door to the patio did not fit the opening completely and left a gap at either end compromising our privacy.
Who knows.

"Love this rental
This is our second time staying at the Blue Anchor. It is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. The kitchen has great pans and utensils, believe me a lot of rentals have barely useable kitchen items so we really appreciate this. I have to mention the pull out couch which is extremely comfortable and again most pull out couches are not normally. The water view is stunning to wake up to and we enjoyed sitting on the patio every morning. We can't wait to go back!"

"lovely, convenient location
A gated adult condo community close to beach, shopping, park, condo pool. Nearby large construction project meant lots of noise during the day. Unit was clean and well-appointed. Beach chairs, coolers, floats, games, and books provided also. (would have been good to know in advance.) Suggest owners upgrade to a king-sized bed, as that is the only reason we would not rebook. "

"Its just ok.
This unit was suitable for our needs, in regards to location, very close to the pharmacy, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Units in this complex have access to a pool and other amenities. However, these units, need to be upgraded for the price point. The main items, i.e. bed, appliances, cable are fine, furniture, dishes show their age. Had a plumbing problem, that was fixed immediately. Its tired and it shows it. Cleaning could be better. Deep cleaning."
