The master bedroom is attractively furnished with 2 queen size beds, television and access to the balcony. The spacious second guestroom has a king sized bed, sitting area and television. The third bedroom offers 2 twin beds, closet and dresser drawer space. This is a perfect unit for couples or families. Linens, extra pillows and sufficient towels are fully stocked upon arrival. This is a non-smoking home, with free WIFI, but no phone. Community laundry is available in the same building.
When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need.
Naturally 505 Beach Place is steps from the gorgeous gulf beaches and huge heated swimming pool that will be popular with the entire family. BBQ facilities are here as well.

ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.
Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay in Madeira Beach, the location of the property was great. We loved watching the bridge lift up for the large boats. However, I was disappointed to find out there was no washer and dryer - I booked it and totally must have misread it. And the elevator was not working at some point everyday which was a huge inconvenience since we were on the top floor! Overall, our unit was nice "

"Elevator Huge Safety Risk/Check in Process Not Smooth
Elevator presented a huge safety risk with at times not working. Witness other guests carrying elderly folks up and down 5 flights of stairs. Check in process took 4 visits... they were nice... just confused. Elevator was a concern of other guests too. Many people would not use the elevator feeling unsafe. Floor was filthy. We had a 2 year old that was on the floor a lot while inside and she had black filthy legs and feet."

"20th Anniversary
The unit we stayed in was perfect and surprisingly larger than we expected. It was a bit warm in the unit and a note not to put AC below 72, but being an end unit it took on the direct sunlight and did heat the unit up considerably. We also found a cracker half eaten under one of the living room chairs which is not a food we had with us? There were a few fans that did help. The elevator was slow and hot and was not maintained for cleaniness on a daily basis."

"Great value and friendly staff
The condo was well-stocked and clean. We appreciated the abundance of hooks for hanging towels, swimsuits, etc. The pool was well-maintained and made for a pleasant change of pace from the ocean which was right outside the back door. We would highly recommend and would stay again!"

Maybe I mis-understood but my understanding was that 504 and 505 were adjacent to one another. I would have chosen differently had I known. 505 was stellar but 504 was awful. Overall, 504 was NOT CLEAN and kitchen was yucky. "

"Third time here
This was our third time staying at Beach Place now I think we are ready for something w to try out. The location is why we stay here since it is right on the beach and easy walking to John’s Pass boardwalk. We had 2 complaints this stay both out of the control of Beach Place condos. One was the public parking next door was a gathering place for 16-20 year olds with their loud vehicles with loud stereos...and I like to have a good time but wow! Second was the beach and water conditions due to high levels of Red Tide causing dead fish to was on shore. There was tremendous effort to clean the beaches each night but still felt gross. Again, nothing they could do about it. Overall this condo is a good value at a great location.

"July vacation
The condo was well equipped and clean and perfect size for three adults and two kids. The location had great access to John's pass and view of the bridge. However the downside was noise from the park below as well as traffic.Red tide prevented use of the beach which affected our overall experience.Access elevator is very slow and hot."

"overall a great vacation with some relatively minor issues.
Overall we had a great vacation. A couple issues that I wanted to make others aware of. With better cleaning this unit would be perfect
- upon arrival, we had no paper towels or a sponge. Just dish soap which was odd
- a lot of hair on the bathroom floors and a used bar of soap left in the front bathroom
- we found food below the chairs in the living room and behind the night stands
- outlet between beds in 2 queen bed room does not work limited lighting available.
- back bedroom outlets had similar issues with power
- cable box tv remotes missing
- white sheets on queen bed had stains on them, but they did appear to be clean "

"MOTHERS DAY WEEEKEND 2021
WE STAYED IN 505 AT THE BEACH PLACE. IT WAS UPDATED AND CLEAN. IT INCLUDED EVERYTHING WE NEEDED FOR AN ENJOYABLE BEACH STAY. THE VEIW WAS NICE BUT IT IS ONLY PARTIAL GULF VIEW. MY GRAND DAUGHTER DID ENJOY WATCHING THE DRAW BRIDGE GO UP AND DOWN, SO THAT WAS A PLUS. THE BACK (MASTER) BEDROOM WAS DARK AND MOSTLY QUITE, WITH THE RARE EXCEPTION OF ELEVTOR AND GARBAGE SHOOT NOISE. THE TV SITUATION IS A BIT TRICKY, BUT WE WERE ABLE TO FIGURE IT OUT. THE FRONT BEDROOM HAD SOME TRAFFIC NOISE. WE HAD FRIENDS STAYING IN 310 THIER VEIW WAS AMAZING BUT THE ROOM WAS VERY DATED AND HAD A FUNKY ODOR. OVERALL WE WOULD STAY AGAIN IN THE SAME ROOM IF AN UPDATED BEACH FRONT WAS NOT AVAILABLE. EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE WAS VERY NICE. WE HAD A DISHWAHER ISSUE, WHICH WAS MINOR BUT THEY WOULD HAVE TAKEN CARE OF IT HAD I MENTIONED IT SOONER."

This location was perfect for us. The unit was very well furnished. The only items we wished we had were beach towels. But we have local family that were able to bring some for us. Otherwise, everything was great! I highly recommend staying here if you have a large group. "

"January Get Away
We had a great vacation! Loved the location, loved the condo, lots to do! We watched dolphins from our balcony, played on the beach, enjoyed the heated pool and the many places to eat right across the street! We took our kids parasailing, played at an arcade, shopped, rode the ferry to Egmont Key and enjoyed a croc adventure where we held a baby croc and a boa constrictor! A great place to relax and unwind from daily stress! Kid Friendly!"
