Crimson #205 is a spectacular rental that has all the bells and whistles, not to mention its prime location just steps away from pool, hot tub and of course, the world renowned gulf waters and white sandy beaches. Free Wifi. Please note that lost keys will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.
Crimson is a Smoke Free property including all private balconies and common areas.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed.
Guests will immediately notice the custom designed kitchen, with new cabinets, granite countertops and new dishwasher, disposal and washer and dryer. The large living room is complete with new leather furniture and large flat panel TV. Step out to the huge outdoor balcony and enjoy the beach view, the perfect location to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a long day at the beach.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, plenty of dresser space, new chaise lounge, new bedding, television and access to the balcony. Attached is the master bathroom, with undermount double sinks, frameless shower doors and granite counters. The second guest bedroom is also nicely decorated and contains two single beds with new bedding and TV, perfect for children! As with every SunHost property, linens, extra towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon arrival. Free Wifi and long distance from US to Canada is also included.
Amenities also include daily access to the main office for any business needs that arise, such as faxing, copying and printing boarding passes. Maintenance is also available seven days a week along with an after-hours emergency call attendant. This is a non smoking home.
In a matter of minutes guests can walk to the heated swimming pool, BBQ facilities, and of course, tranquil beaches. John's Pass Village, a local landmark is just across the street. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.
Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. It's 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.
Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Pets Not Allowed ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.
Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

"Our annual Crimson stay
This is our second year in this location for a 1 month stay in January. We love the location since almost everything is walkable and you're only steps from the beach.
One of my biggest complaints is there are only 2 charcoal grills on the premise. The condo next to us to the North has 5 separate gas grills and it would be great to at least have one.
We were also very disappointed in the recycling process. There are only 2 very small recycle bins and they were full and never emptied the entire time we were there.
The reservation process changed again this year with lack of communication as to how to reserve for the next year. We almost lost the ability to book the condo for the following year. The property management staff is not the friendliest or most informative folks. Although Robin was very helpful and was able to help us make sure we have the property for next Januaray."

"Crimson #205
It did it’s job, but I can say it was 100% not worth the price that we paid. It was not very clean (my husband actually had to go buy bleach and clean mold off of the shower head - which only made a dent in the build up it had). Our kids clothes were filthy after a few minutes of crawling. I know it’s hard to find good help nowadays, but the cleaning could’ve been 500x more thorough. There were other minor things that could’ve stood to be updated and improved, overall though it did serve its purpose. Can’t really expect much better for a place with a location like this sadly. "

Although loyal customers to Sunhost Resorts, we would not rent Crimson Unit 205 ever again. It was very outdated and not maintained well as compared to other Crimson condos we have stayed in. Little patio furniture, small tv in living room and required maintenance during our stay. "

"We had a wonderful time!
This was a tastefully decorated condo. I wish the condos had basic items like salt and pepper, liquid hand soap, roll of paper towels, etc. You just never know what to expect. The TV's in this unit are pretty small, but the internet and cable service worked very well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. As always the view from the balcony and being within a short walking distance to the ocean is the best part. John's pass being right across the street for shopping and dining is great. Also a shout out to the John's Pass Convenience Store for everyday items. "
