You will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed.
Decorated with a nautical theme, the full kitchen is stocked with utilities including coffee maker, Keurig, and microwave and opens up into the dining and living area. Here you will find a flat screened TV, comfortable rattan furniture and access to the outdoor balcony, with views of John's Pass Village.
The master bedroom and second guestroom are both spacious with two queen sized beds in each, television and plenty of closet dresser drawer space. Both provide comfort and appealing decor with linens, extra towels and pillows stocked for your visit.
As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available. This is a non smoking home. Laundry is located nearby. Free WIFI, and one parking spot is included.
Of course, staying at Beach Place means you are near everything! It's only a short walk to the gorgeous gulf beaches and heated swimming pool that will be popular with the entire family. BBQ facilities are here as well. With such a great location, you won't need to worry about anything!

ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.
Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

"Happy Holidays on the Beach
The room was nice. Very spacious, kitchen was well stocked and the furniture and beds were comfortable. The location is very convenient. Easy to get to the beach and the shops and restaurants at John’s Pass. My one complaint would have been the cleanliness of the floors. It was all LVT and my one year olds feet were black within about 20 minutes from crawling on the floor. We mopped the floors twice while we were there and it helped a little, but the cleaning group should be doing this on a regular basis. Other than that. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend overall."

"Great January Getaway
My husband and I have been coming to Beach Place for 5 years now, we love the location. We have tried 3 different 2 bedroom units and each unit is wonderful to stay in. The view from the balcony is amazing. "

"Girls trip
The condo was clean and perfect for our group. As it slept 8 total people 4 beds. Two in each room. Plus two bathrooms. The view of the draw bridge and some water was pleasant as well. Besides the check in process it was fantastic! I called three separate times to let them know we were flying in early. I totally understand that check in was at 4pm. But we weren’t able to check in until 4:15. I don’t think anyone even tried to get us in early. That was disappointing. "

"Comfortable and good location
Condo was nice for our family of five. Size was comfortable and beds were very nice. Kitchen was sparsely furnished and we had to buy even basics on paper towels, salt and pepper, etc.
View was average without ocean view and load especially at night due to closeness to road. Appreciated the closeness to stores and restaurants. Rental staff seemed to have negative attitudes and were not welcoming. "

"Family vaca!
Everything was very good except that room was not cleaned well before our arrival. Floor was covered with sand and very dirty. Be prepared for a very noisy environment. "

Good but not as before. The furniture is attractive but very uncomfortable. The pool didn't open at nine as was posted. The tile floor of the condo was dirty.
The location is great and the office personnel is great."

"Great family Vacation
This was our 4th year and love everything about Beach Place! We are booked for 7 weeks again next year. Staff is wonderful and location is great! Unit 401 is nice, beds in 2nd bedroom aren’t the most comfortable but tolerable. View is great! You must be able to tune out noice from bridge traffic and parking lot. Floors are impossible to get clean. But remember you are at the beach! I recommend this location for a great family vacation! Linda and Irving Walls from Lewes, DE. "

"Thanksgiving Week 2020
We had a great time in Unit #401. The condo is in a perfect location across from John’s Pass. The balcony looks directly at the draw bridge and that’s pretty neat to watch. It’s a very short walk to the beach or to the shops and restaurants. The floors were a little dirty, turning our feet and socks black after walking on them, but not a huge deal. It’s pretty easy to track in sand from the beach. My biggest complaint (which is out of the condo’s control) is the outside noise. Being close to the road and next to a public parking lot, we were woken up in the middle of the night a couple of times by people hot rodding over the bridge and some shouting from the parking lot. Not a big deal and it’s out of their control, but it is a downside to this otherwise wonderful unit. We would definitely stay here again!"
