Beach Place #201 - The unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath rental property that offers terrific views of popular John's Pass Village in south Madeira Beach. Spacious, including plenty of natural light, this 1,140 square foot property includes a recently updated kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and fully stocked with utensils. The large living area has plenty of comfortable seating, flat screened television, and access to the balcony. Free Wifi
Unit 201 has one parking spot and there is no additional parking at Beach Place.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed.
The master bedroom, located just off the living room, provides a king sized bed, and plenty of storage, with a door leading out to the balcony. The master bathroom, like all SunHost properties, is meticulously clean with plenty of space. The guest bedroom has two queen sized beds, making this a perfect retreat for two couples or a small family. Linens, towels and pillows are stocked for your visit.
When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking unit.
Guests at 201 Beach Place are close to everything. The popular beaches, heated swimming pool and BBQ facilities are just steps away as is John's Pass Village. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.
Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. It's 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.
Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.
Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

"Great Location with Adequate Accommodations
Condo is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants! The beach and pool are just steps away from the building. The unit we stayed in (201) needs lots of cosmetic updates. The vent in the bathroom leaked water after every shower. The furniture was not comfortable to sit on for very long. The kitchen barely had adequate supplies. We will return to the area, but we won’t stay in that unit again! "

Honestly somewhat dissatisfied. The room wasn’t very clean upon arrival. My wife and I picked up several used Q - Tips from the floor. The hot water didn’t last long enough to fill the tub. However the view was nice. Balcony was nice. "

I have been visiting Madeira Beach for 40 years and the Beach Place is the best place to stay. So close to John’s Pass, great location, well maintained building. Room #201 was perfect for our family of 4 and we will definitely pick this unit again when we come back. "

We have stayed at Beach Place many times but always on Beach Front. 1st time overlooking parking lot and we were not too happy with all the noise so we probably won't be staying on this side again. Overall the place was nice just noisy at nights."

"Enjoyable Beach Vacation
Second year I've stayed here, same room. Beach Place pretty much meets all my needs. Great location, room is well furnished, although a table is need on the balcony. Only complaint that I have is, I stay for a month and 1 or 2 replacements of linens and towels would be nice. That being said, I have reserved the room for next year. "

"Review of 201 Beach Place
Very spacious and we enjoyed the view. Updates that have been done were great but if you are going to update something, please finish the job. Carpet in both bedrooms was just disgusting.
Stains all over them. There was a footprint on the wall. Two chairs in family room were equally as disgusting with stains all over. Old accent pieces and lamps that worked half the time. No headboard in master did not make for a comfortable bed. This place could be amazing if someone took the time to finish the update."

"Nice place
The place was as advertised. We wanted a place near John’s Pass and on the beach with the sewerage rooms needed for parents and teenagers. It was an end unit, which was great, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, kitchen, dinning and living room. The TV was missing from the 2nd bedroom, but all else was great and the dishwasher was a bonus."

"Location is Key
Nice 2 bdrm condo - really liked the fact the 2nd bedroom had queen size beds - condo was clean - the kitchen was equipped but had to buy a pot holder and spatula, there's no cookie sheet (we love baking our own cookies LOL) - if you want to grill, there's no grill utensils in there
Beds are ok - you get extra pillows - furniture is ok - the pool is great, lots of chairs, its heated and well kept - love having the beach right there - love being able to walk across the street for food, shopping and water activities
There will not be any beach chairs / toys in the unit, you'll have to go across the street and buy them - the cabana rentals on the beach are $35 a day until 5 pm - sunsets are gorgeous
Laundry facilities on site not in condo - balcony is nice but there's no table like the pic shows"

"Review of Beach Place Condo #201
The location is outstanding, easy walk to shopping, pool and beach. I would recommend staying at Beach Place Condo's but not this particular unit. The furniture and decor is very outdated and uncomfortable. One of stools for counter top was in closet marked do not use. Many items in disrepair or needing replaced. Called maint on water leak in closet and got a response. As for the closet light and lamp issue reported, no response. Family had a different unit reserved and furniture/decor was nicely updated and comfortable. Could also see many other units are updated as well, not sure why this one is so far behind in updates. Picture shows a table on the balcony, but there is no table out there. When asking management about issues, was sometimes met with rude remarks or they were not helpful. "

My family came here with me and had stayed at 305 and loved it, so I booked 201 and it was outdated, the toilet constantly ran even after they fixed it. There were only 4 towels and we had to do laundry every day."

"A Little Piece of Heaven
We have been coming to Maderia Beach for 12 years and always enjoy it. We always stay in Beach Place but the first time in the smaller bldg and in a 2 bedroom unit. It worked out great especially since there was only 2 of us. I was concerned about doing laundry in a hallway where everyone had access but had no problem at all. It worked out great. the condo was good and we enjoyed ourselves as always."

"Excellent Location!
Our stay was wonderful! The location cant be beat, and the facility is kept very clean. Nice warm pool with convenient beach access was a major selling point. Condo itself was a tad outdated, and really could use a table on the balcony. Other than that, we had the best time and were provided with everything we needed!"

"2020 Christmas Vacation
We had a wonderful time. The location Is right across the street from St John’s Village & walking distance to all of the stores, bars, restaurants, Ice cream, marina and boardwalk. The lift bridge was neat to see, but you do hear some traffic noise. Loved our fishing excursion with Capt Kenny Keen, Early Riser Charters. Condo was nice, not fancy but good beds, spacious kitchen & for our family of four wonderfully! The pool is small but temp was really warm (nice for Dec.!) We will definitely rent again if In the area! "
