Relax on the beach front balcony with access from the living area as well as the master suite. Open the windows and let the gentle sound of the Gulf of Mexico soothe your soul. Updated granite kitchen with newer appliances should you want to prepare your meals, or you can walk to many local restaurants. Free Wifi.
Beach Place #208 has one parking spot. There is no additional parking at Beach Place, however additional parking is available at the adjacent city lot for daytime parking only.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed.
The master bedroom is nicely decorated and furnished with two queen sized beds. The second guest room also offers 2 queen sized beds, plenty of closet space and an attached bathroom. The third bedroom has one queen bed, making this condo a perfect spot for extended families. Washer and dryer, flat screen televisions, high speed internet and one parking spot are also included. Linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests.
As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.
One big attraction to this popular unit is its premier location to not only the beaches, heated swimming pool AND BBQ facilities, but also it is just across the street from John's Pass Village, a sought after destination for tourists and year round residents alike. The village is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbard's Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.
Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. Pets Not Allowed ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.
Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

"Girls trip
We had a wonderful girls trip in unit 208! 8 women fit perfectly with room to move. For the most part we had everything we needed. The guest room beds were old and HARD. Could definitely be replaced. Clean unit. Love the location and proximity to John's Pass. The Trolley stop was just down the street and is very easy to use if you have the PSTA apps. And the view was Amazing! We would love to come back to Beach Place again. Some suggestions are: *a dust pan for the broom or a vacuum, we had a lot of sand piles. *New mattresses, they are old spring mattresses that popped every time I sat down. * Black out Window coverings in the front rooms. The lights in the 'hallway' were very bright, especially in front of the elevator, almost felt like the sun was shinning at night through the blinds. But, overall easy things to look past when you are staying in paradise. "

Our stay was good. Overall the unit was nice but the dryer needs some attention. It took 2-3 cycles to dry a load of towels. The screen that comes out to remove the lint has a rip in it and lots of stuff is likely getting where it shouldn't be and affecting the performance and likely safety of the dryer. "

We had a very good stay. Great weather and such a great location. The unit was satisfactory. Needs a coat of paint and some new kitchen furniture. Broken furniture stored in the closet which was not convenient. Kitchen could use some new dishes and serving dishes and bowls. Overall good time. "

THE LOCATION WAS FABULOUS, OUR RENTAL WAS A 3 BEDROOM 2 BATH CONDO ON THE 2ND FLOOR. IT WAS VERY COMFORTABLE, CLEAN, AND HOMEY. WE LOVED IT, ROOMS WERE A GREAT SIZE. WE WOULD DEFINATELY STAY AGAIN. THE OUTSIDE WAS ALWAYS CLEAN AND SAW SOMEONE CLEANING OR SWEEPING EVERY DAY."

"A great week with family
Being our first time there, finding our parking spot (which someone was in) and finding where the office is was a little much. Next year that part will be much easier. Condo # 208 was just what we needed. The condo itself could use a little paint and updating. The ice maker didn't work so had to go buy ice. I find it ridiculous to have to spend more on parking in the public parking lot next door. That should be provided. The views from the balcony were gorgeous."

My family stayed in beachfront condo number 208. The view was absolutely fantastic of the golf. We got to watch dolphins play right in front of our condo. The condo was clean and roomy. It had everything necessary for a wonderful stay. This is our third time staying at beach place. It is an absolutely fantastic location being right across from John's pass. We will be back soon!"
