See why guests come back year after year to this beachfront condo. Crimson #201 is a highly popular 2 bedroom, 2 bath rental that is simply gorgeous with no detail overlooked. Bright and open, you will immediately notice the custom designed kitchen, with all wood maple cabinets, granite countertops, under-mount stainless sink, and stainless steel appliances. With utensils fully stocked, this kitchen would make any chef proud. Added bonus? A built in cooler for all of your favorite beverages! Stylish pendant lighting is over the seated bar. Walking into the large living space, you will find a comfortable leather sectional, 42 inch flat screened TV with DVR and plenty of natural light. But perhaps the most popular area of this sought after home, is the balcony, which offers beautiful beach views. Watch the sunsets or listen to the waves crashing while enjoying a favorite drink or reading a good book. Free Wifi, but no landline phone in unit. 7 night rental minimum, Saturday arrival/departure required. Call for exceptions. Please note that lost keys will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

Crimson is a Smoke Free property including all private balconies and common areas.
The Hawaiian inspired master bedroom has all new furniture and king size pillowtop mattress. The master bath is a relaxing retreat, and includes undermount double sinks, nickel faucets, frameless shower doors and granite countertops. The tropical feel extends to the guest room, with its hand carved palm tree headboards on two new twin beds. This unit also contains a washer and dryer and high speed internet for your convenience as well. As with every SunHost property, linens, extra towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon arrival.
Amenities also include daily access to the main office for any business needs that arise, such as copying and printing boarding passes. Maintenance is also available seven days a week along with an after-hours emergency call attendant. This is a non smoking home.
Just steps from the crystal clear gulf waters, heated swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ facilities, and across the street from John's Pass Village, this is Florida living at its best. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Pets Not Allowed ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.
Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

"I Would Stay Again!
I spent a week at Crimson Condos in January and had a wonderful time! The condo was spacious and clean and was very well situated on the beach and in walking distance of shops and restaurants at John's Pass. I appreciated the large balcony, the pool, and direct beach access along with the well-appointed kitchen. Lastly, the property managers made check-in/check-out very easy. I will definitely book here again! "

This is the second time I have stayed at Crimson Condo 201. I love this particular condo. Everything in excellent working condition which is most important to myself and family. Parking convenience for my family. Excellent customer service provided by the management. Perfect location with just steps to the beach and shops, restaurants, etc. located right across the street at Johns Pass. "

"Madness in Madeira Beach
We arrived on Saturday and pool along with hottub were not heated. After contacting SunHost Resorts, I was told they don't manage the pool so I needed to contact someone else. I was given the run around by SunHost, the owner of the condo unit, and the pool company for the entire week. The water was finally warmed on Friday, a week after the initial complaint was made. All of the residents were upset and filing complaints but received no support from SunHost Resorts whom was ultimately responsible since this is whom the contracts were through."

"Beautiful views
We loved the condo. The balcony was absolutely amazing. There was so much room. The kitchen had everything you could ask for to cook with. The only thing i would have to complain about would be that the pool is cleaned regularly. There was sand and debris most of the time. I inly seen it cleaned twice. But We would absolutely stay here again. "

"Nice condo
This is the first time at this property. It was very clean, including inside the refrigerator! It is nicely furnished and the bed was comfortable. The balcony is nice but the owner needs to invest in tall chairs to see over the balcony. It takes the enjoyment out of seeing the Gulf when you have to look through the bars. It would also be nice if the condo came equipped with beach towels, chairs, umbrella etc. We had to purchase those things when we arrived. Also, the property is supposed to be non-smoking. Other guests were constantly smoking on balconies and around the pool. "

"Great location for an average condo
Describing unit 201 as a luxury condo is a real stretch. Yes, we paid a price fit for a luxury or premium condo but at best it could be described as an average condo in need of many updates and shower and bath do overs immediately. The view and the location are excellent but the unit lacked things like a spatula, a kettle to boil water and a gas barbeque. I have not stayed in a facility that offered charcoal bbqs for decades. Staff were courteous and helpful. Overall, I would stay at this facility again but not at a premium price."

Dried food on refrigerator shelves. Granite kitchen counters had dried food on them. Second bath had hair on floor. It didn't look as though any floors had been washed"

As usual, a very pleasant 2 week vacation in a nice clean establishment. Minor complaints. Did not like the kids climbing the fence to use the pool at night. Running the TV was a chore for us seniors. We liked it when the key pad ran the door to the lobby. Would highly recommend the Crimson."

We had a wonderful time and Crimson 201 is a lovely condo, except the dryer did not work for the week we were there. The owner gave us compensation, but it should have been fixed as it was a big inconvenience. I love Crimson because it's right across the street to John's Pass."

"Good but...
...the last days ruined our vacation. The condo and location are great. However the dryer did not work and the repair guy did not listen, I had to tell him exactly what the problem was. They replaced the dryer but caused the washer to flood which we had to clean up. Then after leaving we were blamed for breaking a shelf in the refrigerator."

"The Crimson
We love staying at the Crimson condo. We have stayed there for years. Our unit 201 was beautiful and the view amazing. The only negative about our stay was that several nights a lot of young people were in the pool between 12:00 and 2:00 am playing loud music and very loud. We would recommend your condo and can’t wait until next year."
